Overall Score: 5.6/10 – A food truck with friendly service and decent quality, offering a solid steak sub but a bratwurst that fell short in flavor and balance. Atmosphere and Service: 5.8/10 – The food truck setup was clean and approachable. The staff seemed nice and the service moved at a good pace. The menu was straightforward, with a couple of bold options that stood out. Bratwurst: 4.7/10 – A miss overall. The bratwurst itself was lacking in flavor and needed more seasoning or toppings to bring it to life. The roll didn’t pair well with the sausage, making the bite feel off. It could benefit from mustard, onions, or kraut to round it out. Steak and Cheese Sub: 6.4/10 – A good sub with flavorful steak tips that stood out. The meat was cooked well and had a solid, seasoned taste. A dependable and satisfying choice, especially for a food truck setting.

The Butchers Market delivers outstanding meat quality - their steaks and marinades are truly superb, representing some of the finest cuts you’ll find locally. The difference in taste and texture is immediately noticeable. However, the pricing has escalated beyond reasonable market rates. At $20.99/lb for steak (up from $18.49/lb last year) and $8.99/lb for chicken, these prices significantly exceed even premium alternatives. For context, Costco’s prime filet runs around $15/lb at the Apex location. While I appreciate premium quality commands premium pricing, the current rates feel disconnected. The product quality remains excellent - it’s the value prop that’s become challenging to justify. Will continue to patronize - but it’ll be less frequent, sadly, as a result of the pricing.

Fresh meat and all sorts of local gourmet food, cheese, veggies, condiments, you name it. I go there for goat milk, Bertie county'shoney roasted peanuts, "the honey buzzed" coffee cheese and the fine chocolates lined up by the counter. I bought the alligator sausages for a party and they were a hit. One of my favorite stores in Cary.

I went in here about a week ago for the first time and got a cut of chuck roast. I made chuck roast tacos with it, and the meat was amazing. The market itself was very nicely set up with a lot of variety to choose from. Looking forward to coming back.

This is my go to place for steak whenever we have a special occasion because the quality is great but the pricing is high for everyday meals. Been here and gotten many cuts and it's always good and consistent. The guys at he counter suggest pretty good options, are nice and patient.

Listen I have found a new Love okay !!! I love the meats from here and I love getting a sandwich made here it’s taste so good and the fries are fantastic. They have so many items to choose from it’s almost like a one stop shop you know I haven’t been to any of the other locations but if they are as good as this one I say go ahead and stop in . The customer service was really great as well very helpful, friendly and professional.

Very disappointed. Heard great things about their steak quality and love Faroe Island salmon. Had family in town so decided to splurge on some ribeyes and salmon but was short on time so called in an order to pick up. When I got there it took 2 or 3 minutes to get waited on which gave me time to check out the steaks and salmon in the case, they looked fantastic. When I got home and opened everything up I found they had given me 4 wore out tail pieces of salmon, nothing like what was in their display case, obviously dumping their leftover junk pieces since I wasn't there to see. The ribeyes were decent but also much fattier than anything I had seen on display. So basically don't order over the phone or online, make sure your are there in person if you want a decent cut of meat or fish.

Hooves down, the best steak sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. No gristle to speak of. Delicious flavor, great bread and one of the best pickles I’ve ever had as well!

I had heard about the Butcher Market but had never had the chance to visit until one afternoon when a friend and I decided to stop by for lunch. My friend, who is always thinking of his dog's happiness (buys his doggie bones here). It was suggested that I try a sandwich from the lunch menu. I opted for the French dip, and it was delicious. At first, I was hoping for a turkey club, but unfortunately, they couldn't add bacon to it. Despite that small hiccup, the experience was wonderful. The staff were not only pleasant but also genuinely welcoming, which made me feel at home. The market itself is clean and well-organized, adding to the comforting atmosphere. I can't wait to return very soon.

I don't know how they do it but it's the best steak anywhere. The marinated vegetables and potato skins complete a magnificent meal. Also a very good place to buy spices. It's not cheap, I normally wouldn't spend this much but it's so amazing, I keep going back.
