The Butcher's Burger is cooked slightly more than well done so the meat is grey and dry. The buns are pre toasted, they grab them from a bin and dress the bread. My burger was ready in 4 minutes so I'd guess the meat is par cooked too. *I removed the tomato. You can subtract ingredients but not add. It's not the most welcoming place. You walk in and two people immediately shout that they only serve one customer at a time. I'm not sure if that means only one can be inside at once.

The Butcher Shop by Niku Steakhouse is such a fun spot for steak lovers. The meat is top-quality, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The sides are simple but tasty, and the staff are friendly and attentive. It’s a relaxed, casual place where you can enjoy really great steak without any fuss.

Was told by a friend that this might have the best burger she had ever had. Of course, i had to try it and it did not disappoint. I tried the smash burger and fries. The fries were are definitely shareable and were cooked perfectly. The smash burger amazing. Will definitely be back to try the Butcher Shop Burger in the near future.

Damn. The smash burger is definitely worth the money. Melt in your mouth buttery, perfected toppings. Quality is worth the money and the fries delicious. Was taken here by a local and one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Service very welcoming and professional And how can you go wrong with a side of kimchi. The Godzilla protecting the beautiful display of steaks was the cherry on top

I recently visited Niku Butcher Shop on a Thursday and bought two smash burgers and two Cane Colas, totaling $67. The burger was absolutely amazing—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with flavor. To my surprise, there was no wait time, which made the experience even better. Parking can be difficult in the area, but on that day, everything aligned perfectly for a fantastic burger experience. Highly recommend Niku Butcher Shop if you’re looking for top-quality, delicious burgers!

Guy is a master of the crazy- and I don’t say that lightly. His attention to not just what he serves but the why is truly amazing- and we’re talking about a butcher here! All that doesn’t matter when you taste what he’s serving. Outside of the burger (which is amazing), his heritage pork products (one of the only places you can get a secreto cut I. The city) along with his famous Wagyu is truly stupendous. 7/5 amazing

Communication on when the burgers are available is atrocious. Planned our day out to come here at 6pm to grab burgers before closing, per the hours posted on Google maps and Apple Maps. Only to find out burgers aren’t served past 4pm. Horrible. Some people travel far to eat these, only to be shown no remorse and horrible customer service upon arriving based on times posted online. Do better.

Burger is super and all the pretty meat. But!!! Don’t forget to try this A5 fat, it goes so good with everything!! Staff was friendly and told us he even bakes cookies with it!

Best burgers i have had in the bay area. Bring you appetite the burgers are BIG, JUICY, and just enough condiments to balance flavors. It is pricy but after your fist bite you forget all about price and go for a second bite. Fries are not included but you do get Kimchee and a bag of chip. I did not get to the kimchee or the chip, the burger was all I needed. If you in the area and want to treat you taste buds stop by this place, you will not regret it. Oh... this place is a real butchery that sells quite meet so if you want good steaks, you can pick some up for dinner too.

We were both very unimpressed. We waited about 15 mins in line on a Saturday at 12:30pm. There were no fries, just a $28 burger with a bag of kettle chips and a small side of kimchi (looks like it’s just store bought). We didn’t get to select how cooked we wanted the meat on the burger and the guy who was taking the orders put Medium Well (as seen on the ticket), which resulted in a over cooked/dry/crumbly piece of beef patty. Overall, unimpressed
