The Butcher Block - Henderson

If there's a heaven on earth this place is it. Giant selection of amazing meats. It was clean. The workers were very nice and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone that is a meat lover. Can't wait to go back and try a camel ribeye or a ostrich burger.

If you’re looking for a wide assortment of excellent meat, look no further than Butcher Block. We have shopped there for years and we’ve never been disappointed in the quality of their meat. I can highly recommend their tenderloin and T-bone steaks. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We love this place!

Been coming here for years. Their prime meats are phenomenal. The owner selects the best and it shows! Keep up the great culinary meats! Their seafood is also top notch. Just blackened up some walleye. Superb!!

When I find a place I like, I'm loyal. So like clockwork, every two weeks I'm here getting chicken wings, ribeye and Kurabuta pork chops. Good quality meats and great service. I even tried a bbq sauce they sell on a suggestion and ended up going back for four more bottles. Some may find them a little pricey on certain meats, but overall well worth it!

First time visiting Henderson location, met all my expectations. Purchased a grass fed rib eye, which was spot on when grilled. Purchased bbq dry rub for my bb back ribs o my my Treager smoker next day, rub was competitive with other quality rubs ive purchased, definitely will put that rub in my ljne up. Location was clean, staff friendly. Looking forward to my 2nd visit. 👍🏻

First time going to a butcher for my meats. Johnny the manager helped and was very patient and accommodating. I bought 3lbs of ground beef and needed them individualized to 1/2lbs increments. He gladly accommodated. After getting home and realizing they were individualized but not wrapped separately, I called the store and he told me to come back and was more than happy to do that for me as well as vaccume seal them. This is my first time at a butcher as stated so I have no frame of reference as it pertained price, but I bought 3lbs of 80/20 ground beef and 2 serlion wagu steaks for around $75...

I was asked “ Turkey Chops” do them have them (?)! Yes and I grilled on a bed of Rosemary !!! Great Thanksgiving Taste !!! Amazing place to explore meat that you never knew existed “example” Kagoshima Berkshire aka Black Pig Pork chop. Seared meat on both sides with a reduced basaltic Vinegar. Best Ever ! Thank you Butcher Shop “you’re the best !” 🦘Kangaroo ! Is for Dinner ! Lean but flashed grilled 6-rotations @1 min each / sliced thin ! This was the first visit to this or any butcher shop. The selection looked good to me. What was great were the steaks we purchased for dinner that evening. OMG, these were so good. I haven't had a great tasting steak like this in a long time. I will definitely shop at this place frequently.

Particular about my meats, selection, variety, preparation, very important!!!! I checked out The Butcher Block Henderson and a nice selection of preped cuts in the case, hams, ribs, chicken, filets, ribeyes, etc. Cool, clean shop. Staff was welcoming, knowledgeable of products and what they offer, pricing, cuts, grades, appreciated. I selected 3lb tri tip, 11oz filet mignon (choice) waygu was waygUP in price 😁🤘🏼 so I ate that choice filet, I tell U what🔊 🤤 💪🏽🔥 I'll do the tri tip another day this wind out here in the is CRAZY last few days!!! ✔️😁🤘🏼Njoy FolkZ if this is how You Do It!!!!

Amazing meat selection and the prices are very affordable. I'm loving the 80/20 Ground Beef and Italian Sausage.

They have a great selection of meat and fish. I picked up a few prime ribs and they were absolutely fabulous.

The MOST TENDER ribeye I’ve ever had. Also put their bbq burger patties on the grill, didn’t have to season and it’s was heavenly

I go here for a few specific items. Inventory can be hit or miss for the less popular items. But they're good folks and have a lot of good products.

Display cases are always bare, requests for certain cuts of meat are met with; no we don't have it. Additionally, the staff is not friendly.
