The Butcher Block

What a gem! Visiting my best friend and he had reserved 3 dry aged prime ribeye steaks and one wagyu boneless ribeye. This was my first time in the butcher block. I had heard good things from my friend talks about it all the time and I will say, the experience was great. Peter was absolutely awesome when we walked in the door. Very friendly very much so, " you tell me what you guys need and I got ya. We told home we had some stakes on reserve and we also grabbed some thick cut bacon for breakfast. There selection of meats was great including some exotic meats that I never seen before. The young lady who worked the front counter whose name I believe is Hannah was great as well. Very sweet, kind. Everyone in the market was in full compliance with the mask mandate which also makes me feel safe about going back next time I visit. The quality of the meats were phenomenal! everything came out amazing and perfect when we grilled them. Take a look at the pictures it will make your mouth water, mine is watering while I type this as we speak. Worth every penny! 100% recommend!

Craving a great burger and found exactly that here! The cheeseburger and fries were amazing, and the butcher shop has an awesome meat selection. Jeremy made sure everything was perfect and was super friendly. Definitely worth a stop for lunch or to grab meat for home!

Absolutely amazing! I had a burger from here. I watched them grab fresh meat and cook it on the spot! They also have a wide variety of cuts. Front staff is full of energy and great spirits. Will most certainly be going again

Finally, a good butcher shop here in Vegas!!!! Ron was Amazing!! I’ve been to about four different butcher shops. Hard to find a good variety and meats with great customer service!! by far the best prices and quality! Must try for looking for top grade meats that are grass fed.

The meat prices are decent but kind of expensive but it's worth the price. There burgers they cook up are delicious. No lie I would come back to get there steak burger and more. If your in the area please stop by. Thank you for good service as well.

I absolutely love the grass-fed femur bones from the Butcher Block in Las Vegas! They’re not just tasty for me to give to my dogs, but they also keep them busy and happy. My dogs go wild for them! It’s fun to watch them chew on the bones, and I feel good knowing they’re getting something healthy and natural. Plus, those bones are perfect for their teeth! I buy a box pretty much every week! I love that found The Butcher Block!

First time eating here and the brisket sandwich was fantastic. I would ask on my next visit to have my bread warmed or lightly toasted. The top bun is thick and tasty but iI would have enjoyed it more if it was a little softer from warming it. The fries are so good also and it all tasted so grear the next day as leftovers after a quick heat up

This Butcher Block is the largest of the ones here in Las Vegas and the creator of all “Aged Meat.” So when other stores do not have it, you will be driving here !! And the Deli is a great lunch spot ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exceptional quality. House made sausages are so good. We tried the blueberry breakfast sausage. So good. Corned beef hash, amazing. My favorite is the duck sausage. But it’s hard to get. Not always available. I did get some duck bacon. Haven’t tried it yet. But I’m sure it will be good. The only butcher that I have found that sells chicken skin. Makes amazing cracklings. Try everything.

I love this place! They always have a spectacular selection and I think they have more Kobe beef options than any other butcher in town. Their staff is always friendly and there’s typically never a long line. They can grind meat for you if you need something besides what’s in the meat case. I feed my cats a raw meat diet so I buy about 15 pounds of different meats and they grind everything up for me for no extra charge. Not having to grind it myself or risk contamination in my kitchen makes it possible for me to feed a raw diet so I’m very thankful for that easy and convenient option.

The Meat can not be beat! That great old fashioned butcher shop with every cut you could want and the quality far above any chain grocery. For Special occasions get the Tomahawk. But I always also get the pinwheel sausage for later too.

The butchery sells meat of superb qualities! Recommending the ribeye with bones ($20/lb). Definitely not overpriced, if one is considering comparable qualities.

Solid spot. Already liked the one in Henderson, this is equally as good. Only gone a couple times to each one and every time the customer service is great. Very clean too. Can't wait to try the deli menu food once things start getting back to normal
