The Butcher Block

This is hands down the best butcher shop in town. It’s family owned, with the best quality meats and products. They carry creek stone farms steaks that are unmatched in quality. The customer service is amazing and I always look forward to seeing them.

The best butcher shop! I’m a novice griller but this place and staff make me look like I’ve been doing it my whole life. They have an awesome selection with a great variety. The best part is the staff. They had a beautiful boneless pork ribeye roast but I had no clue what to do with it. They have walked me through the how to properly season it, what temp to cook it at and for how long. My guests were amazed. They even elevate your basics like burgers and brats to where they are no longer basic! Best butcher shop and staff around!

How delightful to have a butchery with a connection to the beautiful local farms. It's such a luxury to know where your food comes from, and that these farms are operating in a humane and sustainable way. The cuts are all generous, but I was particularly delighted with beef tenderloin. Perfectly portioned, and easy to prepare. Thank you for serving this community with such care.

I almost hate to review this for fear there will be a rush on the meat case……I got an A8 Denver steak today and it was insanely good. One of the top 5 steaks alive ever grilled.

Everyone is very friendly here. Great customer service. Best steaks I have ever bought, and have shopped here several times. Every visit and subsequent steak has been great! Nothing in this store is cheap, but if you are looking for quality, you will find no better place!

I checked out The Butcher Block for the first time yesterday and they have such a great assortment of meats, poultry seafood etc. It is a unique store to shop in.

If you're looking to pick up some steaks this is your go-to place. Prices are very reasonable and the customer service is great. Lines can get a bit long but it is worth the wait. I've met the owners only ones but they were very polite and kind. All of their employees seem to be very knowledgeable and hard-working.

I was looking for a quick bite and looked at some reviews for local restaurants. I saw the reviews for Butcher Block and their chicken salad. I love a good chicken salad and this one did not disappoint (one of the best that I've had). If you are ever in the area you should give them a try. Please feel free to like my review.

Had two ribeyes and the Butcher Block ribeye seasoning. Seasoning is a 10/10 and great on so many things including vegetables. The ribeye was absolutely melt in your mouth. It makes going to a steak house a thing of the past with being able to get your hands on such a quality cut. Will be back to try many more items.

I always appreciate the service I get from The Butcher Block. All of my special requests are quickly filled and the owner always makes sure I have everything I need. Looking forward to many more cuts of meat from this shop to throw on my Traeger!

I don’t know where to start. Guy Fieri would name this the Capital of Flavortown. The burgers are some of the juiciest and flavorful burgers I’ve ever had. The steaks are top shelf, it’s to the point, I can’t go to a steakhouse and order steak cause it won’t compare. If you get a steak, get some of that garlic butter 🔥 I come here weekly, even my dog love the pig ears. They also have sandwiches which will knock you right out of your socks.

In addition to the high quality meats and rubs/marinates they also have the best sandwiches available in the area and I make a point to swing by every week. The sandwiches are all hearty and made with great ingredients but I would highly recommend the Nashville Pest in particular. Great food and staff!

CAUTION before you go in: the full menu is available on Uber eats. Decided to stop in this time instead of opting for delivery which I've ordered 3 times all on Tuesdays. Was turned away and told sandwiches are only available Thurs through Saturday. They have menus up, signage with instructions how to order, but no mention of that restriction anywhere. But the full menu is available via Uber. They provided no additional explanation. Not sure if it's a new policy or they didn't feel like making sandwiches today. Added a star as the pastrami is really good, but the in person experience takes my recommendation away.
