Met these guys at a vendor site at Hemker Zoo. Bought a brisket and 2 Roasts. Best meat that I ever had. Tender, juicy, and oh so good. Lighty seasoned is the way I prepared it. No store can beat this stuff.
Not only incredibly delicious and tender (we look forward to eating in now) but also a high standard of operating that we love to support. You dont have to choose one or the other with The Bluffs which is great!
