Small business going through some growing pains and a pandemic. Love the quail legs. Better than chicken if you ask me. Have some of the jalapeno and cheese pork and quail sausage on the grill at the moment. Be my first time trying. Also picked up some hatch green chilie quail tamales. Saving those for a special occasion. Secretary was friendly and helpful. Sorry I'm not good at remembering names, but she knows who she is. Hope everything settles down and these are back in stores soon. Will definitely make the trip again.
Best of these semi-boneless quail are great. I've gotten from these for years, and the people there are wonderful. We started just for holidays; now, we eat them every month. Yes !!! Bill and Jane
