TC Farm - Montrose Farm (no onsite sales)

We bought our turkey from TC Farms this year for the first time. The turkey tasted amazing and thus I have edited my initial review. I am still holding one star back for the fact it isn’t made clear the turkey is frozen. But otherwise the turkey was amazing. Remained extremely juicy and actually cooked quicker than expected.

Great products, impeccable service. It is easy to understand the benefits of participating in your local food system as a customer of TC Farm. I was first introduced to the people and products during a farm visit, and appreciate the level of transparency. We've gotten our meat (and eggs) from TC Farm for two years now, and we love it. They are so friendly and committed to humane and sustainable practices. We love all the products they have added since we first joined, including local lettuce, local breads (croissants are amazing!), other produce, and more. Highly recommend!

What a great farm and great resource for delicious ethical meat. I am halfway through our first box of delicious meats and have really enjoyed everything we have tried so far. Ordering was easy and the pick up location couldn't be closer to my home. I highly recommend you try them out! I have another box coming in about a week and cannot wait for its delicious contents.

We've been with TC farm for a handful of years now. Our primary reason for going with TC was we really wanted to find a place that was ethical and transparent and they most certainly are. What we ended up getting was much more though, their customer service is incredible and as the company continues to grow they keep adding more great products and services. We recently jumped on their produce boxes and are now getting everything home delivered (meat and produce). I highly recommend TC farm if you are looking for an amazing local CSA.

My husband and I found True Cost when we were looking for a compromise between being meat eaters and making ecologically, environmentally, and morally sound choices. We tried them out and were instantly hooked. Let me tell you - you will never taste a pork chop this good (and I didn't even like pork chops), the eggs are on a whole new level, and the chicken is beyond anything I've ever tasted from a supermarket. Everything they produce is the absolute highest quality, and you know (because you can go and personally look at the animals) that it's coming from a beautiful organic farm right here in rural Minnesota. Jack is an excellent salesperson and very on top of the technology of his business, making it easy to pay online and contact him if you need to change anything. They routinely offer samplers, and their selection of boxes is ever-growing. All around an amazing family-owned business.

I love TC farms. A good variety of quality meets and totally customizable to your budget and taste. Meat that has been humanly treated and cared for. Not only that it actually tastes like meat used to taste. They have excellent customer service too. You will fall in love with the smoked wings!!! I highly recommend TC Farms.

I've been a subscriber of TC Farm's monthly meat CSA for years. Their products are amazing. I love the taste and the flexibility to choose whatever packages I want. My kids have started to say things like "I only want Jack's sausage" or "can we have Jack's lamb tonight?" Last but not least, I appreciate the transparency TC Farm's process. In a world where most people do not know what they're eating (how it was raised, what it was fed, how was it processed). Jack's passion and openness is greatly needed. There is a lot of value in knowing that I'm feeding my kids the healthiest possible meats - especially since I don't have time to research all the producers myself.
