This was the worst beef I have ever got. All the steaks and roast I've made so far are tough. The cut on these so called ribeys.. seriously....

If you want great pricing, friendly staff, and a speedy turn around this is your place. Not to mention, the eye for detail is point on, as the qualitity of the meat is always amazing and prepared perfectly. Highly recommended!
I have bought a half of beef for my family for 2 years now and will continue to, customized processing to my request. I also help out at the shop from time to time and know the process my meat goes through start to finish and proudly feed my family the beef. The difference in quality over store bought beef is without words and we save money on groceries over the course of the year.
Great product, great prices, and there was a woman there today (sorry I didn't catch her name) that was so kind and helpful! We've been here several times and have never been disappointed.
Love this business. The new owners are amazing an it was a joy working for them. They have done amazing improvements that have been needed an additional changes to better this business.
Done our pigs there for three and very happy. Cut, flavored and package just the way we wanted. They also pried themselves on making sure you get your own meat and not someone else's

Have been going here for years and bring multiple pigs every year. We love the place and the products we receive and plan to continue bringing our animals to them
Will not be taking any more live stock there any more got half the amount of meat back then the smaler pig and to many smoked hocks back from my pig a 400 pound pig should be more than 140 pounds of meat and probably 30 pounds was smoked hocks
