Wayne swung by my home with some samples of a few cuts from the beef and a whole chicken. I am thoroughly impressed. The ground beef was full of flavor and my minced onions and a bit of chili powder set my burgers off! My order is in process and I am standing by for my 1/4 cow and 37 chicken order. Economics dictate this kind of buy. Thank God for great service, quality product and awesome service.
We recently starting purchasing beef from Swanson farms! The truly have a superior product. Their ground beef, stew beef, and sausages were all really good. I love how they focus on raising the animals in the right environment in a natural setting (not a CAFO). That's why we searched for local farms! Nothing like getting your meat straight from the source. Swanson Family Farms has locally raised lamb, pork, goat and grassfed beef. I purchased a cut of chuck roast, and it cooked perfectly and tenderly. Now that I know they're close to me, I'll be ordering more often.
The meat is amazing! We bought a quarter cow last year, and it is so good! Very high quality, and you can tell that he is passionate about what he does.
