Sullivan Creek Ranch

We hosted a 50th birthday at Sullivan Creek Ranch and rented the airbnb for the evening. It was so nice to have a space large enough to host family and friends and also have the luxury of staying the night afterwards! The property is gorgeous and hosts Emily & Greg are responsive, helpful, and always excited to share their piece of paradise. Only about 25 min from Cullman City this is a great place to host outdoor events, indoor events, or just stay the night!

We had the most wonderful stay at Sullivan Creek Ranch. The Trading Post is charming and welcoming, adorned with Emily’s artwork and every corner is on theme with the ranch vibe. My husband and I loved sitting on the porch in the morning to drink our coffee and read. We loved walking the grounds to see the animals too. From a stay standpoint, the bedding was cozy and comfortable, and the kitchenette had everything we’d need. We didn’t use the grill but it was nice to have available if needed! We highly recommend this to anyone looking for a unique getaway!

Sullivan Creek Ranch is one of the best trips we’ve ever made! The property is breathtaking and so peaceful. The hosts are very accommodating. You can do as little as you want or hike trails to see even more. Our family is already talking about taking another trip! Also, try a steak while you’re there! You will not be disappointed.

The ranch and stay are incredible. This is an amazing property, and as a land realtor I see all types of properties and this one is one of the best I’ve ever seen. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My family and I have stayed in several Airbnbs over the years and the Sullivan Creek Ranch is without a doubt one of our absolute favorites. The owners/hosts Emily and Greg are the nicest most genuine people you could ever meet. They have put their heart and soul into the ranch, and it shows. The Trading Post is hand painted by Emily and filled with her incredible artwork displaying her love of the ranch life she and Greg have built together. When touring the working ranch with Greg, you can hear the passion in his voice as he describes the day to day operations. It is obvious he loves what he does and you can't help but be fascinated by life of a cattle rancher. My wife and I have fallen in love with The Sullivan Creek Ranch and can't wait to return with our kids.

We hosted my husbands 50th birthday at Sullivan Creek Ranch in July 2024. Although it was a warm summer day, the inside of the Trading Post is air conditioned and kept all guests cool enough until the sun went down and we had the perfect Alabama night! We needed very minimal decorations because the trading post itself is already gorgeous inside. You really must see it to believe it, The new sitting area around the fire pit near the silo was the perfect spot for cigars. I highly recommend taking a tour of the ranch, and seeing all it has to offer.

We had an incredible stay at Sullivan Creek Ranch—everything exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and beautifully tucked into the ranch. Our favorite part was hiking the trails and swimming in the crystal-clear, rock-bottom creek surrounded by stunning rock walls and small waterfalls. It felt like our own private oasis. Greg and Emily were fantastic hosts—warm, welcoming, and helpful. Our two boys (2 and 4) were in heaven exploring the ranch, and we can’t wait to come back and let them run wild in this little wonderland again.

Both times that I have been to the Sullivan Ranch, I have always felt like family. Greg and Emily have created a home and ranch beyond expectations. Their kindness and easy going attitude makes for a wonderful stay. The property is gorgeous with so many areas to explore and enjoy. Emily's a great cook and hostess and Greg loves to discuss the ranch and talk about his exceptional herd of Akaushi beef. Make sure to shop Emily's exceptional artwork and pick up some of the best beef before leaving.

Tasting Sullivan Creek Ranch's beef is an absolute treat. For several years I was getting paid to eat in many of the best restaurants across Europe and rarely have I eaten meat as amazingly tender and tasty as what Greg and Emily produce on their ranch. The fact that Greg treats his cattle with tremendous care and No Hormones has a lot to do with the outstanding quality of the meat he offers to his clients. The ranch is beautiful too and well worth a visit. I am a fan!

This ranch is simply stunning. Beautiful setting with creeks and pastures with rolling hills, and obviously well cared for. Well worth a visit and would definitely come back.
