Great service. The counter man was great, very friendly and warm. Food: I got the coleslaw, and a rack of the honey glazed BBQ. The coleslaw is superb. The ribs were very good, not quite superb. They were tender but only medium flavorful without additional sauce. Some of the ribs were sufficiently moist, and some were too dry. I'll try them a 2d time before deciding if they're a RepEat.

Stoltzfus Family Foods is my favorite store. They are nothing less than extraordinary. They are a shining example of community and tradition in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. Their excellence stems from their handcrafted approach, passion, commitment, and quality. Their products are always top tier and have you coming back for more. Whether it's their delectable, scrumptious deserts, tender smoked meats, or massive 30 pound turkeys they have something for everyone. Their customer service is unmatched. Their employees are very warm and family-oriented, ensuring you feel right at home when in their store. The staff does not just sell products, they gives you an experience comparable to say Disney World. In fact, if I had to choose for a family vacation to Disney World or one trip to Stoltzfus Family Foods I would have to choose SFF.

I arrived for a prepaid pick up order (3/22/25) and the young female employee told me that the pick up was in another area of the store and left. Turns out I was originally in the right place but she intentionally misdirected so she could leave early. Really poor customer service wouldn’t recommend.

Their fresh meat is good but the pull some tricks with the prices. You may gain a few dollars but you're loosing customers.

So I ordered a 12-14lb cooked turkey for thanksgiving, thought I'd try theirs because their cooked products are generally good and I frequent the Ardmore location regularly. When I went to pick up my turkey the worker took my ticket then came back and requested I return in 10 minutes to pick it up since they were still preparing it for pickup. I returned 20 minutes later and the original worker pointed out my turkey to another worker and told him to ring me up for the balance of my cost. The cost was lower than I expected based on price per pound and size so I asked the worker to weigh it for me. Well my 12-14lb turkey was now 7 pounds! I asked why and he said cooking it makes it smaller which I understand but 5-7 pounds seemed extreme. In any event I took it home, (it was small and I had to purchase additional meat but I thought at least it will be juicy and tasty). Wrong!!!! It was extremely dry and tough. Thank goodness I had backup meat and poultry to serve my guest because I definitely could not serve it. Oh, and by the way, I'm still not sure why I had to come back in 10 minutes to pick up the turkey because it only takes 1 minute to cover food with foil especially since it was so cold it almost felt like they cooked it then froze it!! All I can say is never again. What I thought would make my dinner easier by eliminating cooking it myself turned out to be more stressful and I ended up cooking anyway. Sorry Stoltzfus, I'll stick with the fresh meats......Oh, and the 1 star rating, that's for convenience of location.

Definitely worth a visit. Their portions are very generous for the price. Roasted vegetables taste great. Their turkey leg was huge but a bit dry and lacking flavor.

We picked up a cheesecake ordered from the Ardmore Farmer's Market location. The staff was very pleasant and polite. I'm sure it will be delicious as others have been, but we were disconcerted to see fingerprints in the top.

I picked up food from this establishment through "Too Good to go". Unlike all other experiences I've had the food wasn't prepared ,they put it together while I was there and the food was very dated. The picture below shows the 2 orders I reserved through "Too Good to go".

Exceptional bacon, if a bit pricey. Good steaks but very expensive for most cuts. Generally speaking this place is high quality and high price.

A great butcher store with good selection of meat and poultry. Great rotisserie chicken and roasted turkey. Ribs are OK too. Grab some chicken and napkins for a reasonably priced lunch in the area.
