Customer service is top notch. The owner is a nice guy, hard worker, excellent at what he does. Prices are very reasonable. I needed some specialty sausages and Stockman's came through in a big way! Delish! It's always great to support small business, especially a small butcher who tells me he only purchases very high quality meat from the same Farm for decades. That tells me a lot.

Always so nice to come here. The quality is top tier always. Every person in there shows us such kindness and patience when we have questions. The pricing is great and quite reasonable considering the cost of everything lately. 100 percent recommend.

Met the owner on a early Saturday morning and cut me fresh thick steaks with a few other things very respectful clean atmosphere many options of cuts and products definitely my go to spot for meats and the breakfast sausage is killer must buy....

We got ribeyes, they were more expensive than the local grocery stores prices but were no comparison in flavor, quality, and texture. Hands down, the best steak I've ever had

picked up Brats, hot Italian sausages, and smoked polish. VERY well priced and all tasted amazing! Puts store-bought sausages to shame

I should have come to this place sooner. The butcher was very friendly. The meat was outstanding and definitely worth it.

Just moved to the neighborhood soent some good money at this Butcher store was told by Brandon he would split a skirt steak for me as im only 1 person can't eat axwhole long steak told me to come back as they happened to be out of them at the time I go back sone other person was a little ruff told me no we won't do that made me upset was going to purchase other items but left upset after waiting for a train to pass went there for nothing .

Just went in for some soup bones the butcher who took care of me was so rude sorry for ever walking in here I’ll never return. Learn customer service skills!!!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff! I stopped in yesterday for the first time and bought a roast and he offered preparation tips. I prepared it last night and it was delicious, my family was impressed! (I am not known for being a good cook) Looking forward to trying the bratwurst tomorrow. So glad I found this place and I WILL return soon!

I’ve been here a few times and it’s just been ok. This time, the lady taking my order didn’t have any steaks out. I asked for strips. She wasn’t pleasant about getting them out of the back. So I asked for 6 chicken breasts to diffuse the matter. She grabbed them without any gloves on. No big deal for me but for people that don’t like germs it’s a big eh. Then she grabbed the steaks after I asked a few times. I spent $20 a pound on strips and they were the worst cut of meat I’ve ever had. Needless to say, I’ll never go back.

Great place. Knowledgeable, excellent selection and top quality. Friendly people too. Great filets, ribeyes, ribs, ground chuck, and frozen scallops. Still need to make the brisket I bought. Prices seem better than other local shops and they take credit/debit cards.

Bought some Tri-tip there, and it was fantastic! The people who operate the business are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their meat is top quality, and their prices are reasonable. Do yourself a favor and stop in. I know I’ll be back. Plus, they sell award winning, Rodeo Joe’s Pignacious BBQ sauce. You’ve tried the others, now try the best.

Just checked this place out last week and their food and service were fabulous! The fillet and ribeye steaks, and the brisket burgers were top notch. The owner was very accommodating and recommended the brisket burgers. This place is a new favorite.

Arrived at 4:50 and it was already closed and I saw the guy driving away. Please honor your stated hours and remain open until 5 pm . On a previous trip, the young woman touched the meat with her bare hands which hardly seems sanitary.

Very clean butcher shop with premium meats. If you're gonna grill, this is the place to go. Everyone is incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions, made recommendations, and sold me some of the best meat I've ever had. This is now my butcher shop.

We've been here a few times since they opened. It's so great to have a local butcher with consistent, high quality meats. They have a good variety and reasonable pricing.

After going in for the first time I highly recommend people who like smoking and grilling to get your meat here 7pound brisket $50 can’t find that anywhere

If you’re looking to render your own lard at home or make homemade sausage that you need fat for, don’t go here. They don’t carry pork or beef fat. Odd for a butcher

Charlie is a great Guy the italian hot sausage is fantastic, the ribeye is the best i have had in a very long time prices are very reasonable, beats any grocery store or butcher in the area this place will not disappoint!!!

Trimmed up a skirt steak for my dinner-absolutely delicious. Local butcher doing a great job! Many more options than the other butcher in town!

Good small business. Prices are pretty close to jewel but his quality is outstanding. I would rather buy meat from a guy who personally inspects every bit.
