Love their famous jerky. Careful with that pepperoni though. Too much will burn your butt up and it's so hard to just eat a little bit. I drive 45 minutes for their jerky...each way.

The people that work at the Olympia Farmers Market work very hard. They are honest and very kind. The pre-marinated baby backs are the BOMB. Great selection of Brats. Fresh ground meats. The lady's never stop. Sometimes the lines are long and it can be very cold but they try to take care of everyone as best as they can. If you call ahead they can have special items brought in from the Yelm store which has very skilled butcher's. Always have a great attitude. Wes out at the Yelm store is really a great guy. The meat is quality however the service is not. The elderly woman who works there has horrid customer service and will bluntly throw you attitude and eye rolls. The middle aged woman went along with the other woman’s attitude. Two employees and two thumbs down. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The meat was very good. However, I ordered a leg of lamb about 4-1/2 lbs. boneless. I had asked if could debone it and as fast as she could speak, she said, "No!". I thought I could deal with that. When I picked it up it was 7-1/2 lbs. Well, the bone weighed a little over 4 lbs. So, I received about 3-1/2 lbs. for $60 ($17/lb) which I guess is about right but it was a lot of work for an 79-yr. old. to debone. I had to wait until after it was cooked and it was a greasy mess. I finally got it to the table. I won't order again from Stewarts because they won't accommodate the elderly. Oh my, was it a mess.

Going down hill. This was my 3erd time hoping it was a fluke. Landuegers went from the traditional German to little smokies that were horrible. Next the Elk,Veneson and buffalo through the years was great, now dried up. This place would be 2 stars if it was half the price.
