I've been coming here for over a decade. I've ordered cows and pigs for my freezer. Everyone is always friendly. I love getting to watch The cows get up with such precision and speed.
Excellent tasting meats at a great price, this is our family’s go to for steaks. We love getting our ribeyes cut to order. The pork roll is always a big hit too. Chip runs a great operation.

Best butcher in the tri state area .
They butcher for some local farms in Warwick, NY - and I can tell you first hand, the smoked bacon (originating from the local farm) that I unfroze from Springfield was nothing short of magical - not that bacon isn't already, but this wasn't just 'bacon' this was MMMMmmmmmmm.....

I'm trying to find an email to ask a question. Are you exporting pigs to China to be processed and sent back to USA? If so how do you confirm that the meat is safe? Why not have it processed here? If you send it there, then you should send it there for sale.
Chip (owner) is a great person and his meats are top quality highly recommended, clean, efficient and great service! I purchased this pig here to make it in the chinesse box is the second year i buy and its been great!
My dad Ordered a quarter of a cow shared it with a fellow employee and when I saw the quality of the meat its like wagyu the quality is insane and so much flavor very recommended
Not worth it, called twice asking for a cut of meet and both times they told me they could get it for me in a week. Week goes buy and no phone call, I call them and they tell me the same thing. Will never use them again.
