They offer a variety of beef products directly from their farm in Adams, Tennessee, including subscription options for customers. The business emphasizes quality and local sourcing of their beef products.
I can’t say enough good things about Southwinds Cattle Co. Their Wagyu beef is truly exceptional — tender, flavorful, and clearly raised with care. You can taste the difference that comes from a small farm that genuinely values every step of the process, from how the animals are treated to how the meat is prepared and delivered. It’s rare to find a company so committed to both quality and integrity. Supporting them feels like supporting something real and meaningful — and the results on the plate speak for themselves. Highly recommend.
Make the beautiful drive out to visit these guys. They raise and sell their own beef so every dollar you spend goes to this local family farm raising some incredibly delicious beef. Can you get cheaper beef at Sam's Club? Yes. Will it be anywhere close to the quality of Southwinds? You can't even begin to compare. We have purchased many steaks and they are rich with melt in your mouth marbling. Owners and their children are usually there to talk and share their experience. Anytime someone visits from out of town we always cook up some Southwinds New Yorks. Beyond compare of any other local beef.
Best beef youll ever eat, all cuts! The fat tastes like butter, only use salt and pepper. Plus, its raised by a wonderful family who have their lives invested in giving them a good life ❤️
I’ve been buying Wagyu from SouthwindS Cattle for years now, and it’s hands down some of the best beef I’ve ever had! I remember the first time I had their burgers, and Christina told me to use only a little salt and pepper-I thought she was crazy! But the flavor was phenomenal. We live out of state now, but still go to TN at least once a year to stock on up goodies. Not only are you getting an amazing dinner, you’re also supporting an amazing family!
The best beef ever. I've been buying beef from them for 3 years now. I won't buy beef anywhere else. From hamburger to hotdogs and steaks to roasts.
The best beef you will ever eat! Jeff is a great guy and raises amazing cattle. The steaks and all are great but the breakfast sausage is a real star! Seasoned perfectly and a great start to any day. Do yourself a favor and make a stop at Southwinds.
We have been buying from Jeff for over 3 years. Besides the great steaks and hamburger you need to.try the roasts and brisket. The sausages are great as well.
We have a monthly subscription for delivery each month, and we are excited to see what we get each month to eat. Ususally they change it up quite a bit, and it has caused my wife to learn some new recipes... that's a good thing! Anyway, loving the quality and taste of the American Wagu product from Southwinds!
As a second year subscription subscriber to Southwinds, I can say they offer delicious quality cuts of wagyu and a cross of wagyu / black angus. This is not your big box store meat, Mr. Jeff oversees his herd from birth to local processing. From the first cut of meat you eat, you will notice your stomach does not have that heavy full feeling. Support this local farmer, try a cut of meat you have not tried before, your worth it..
Buy straight from a local farmer. They raise and sell Wagyu beef. Always have great cuts available and don't forget to get the ground beef. If you haven't used Wagyu Ground in your everyday meal? You are missing out.. We have bought from this family for years and have tried every cut they have. You can't beat the taste of Wagyu. And you can't beat the price for their Wagyu. I have purchased from other Wagyu farms and ordered online. This farm competes with the best but for a better price. And the best part of it is you are supporting a local farmer and Military Veteran.
