They were nice, did a good job. Communication on cuts was a little difficult. Wanted lard from my pigs and it was on the list twice. Then I got a call back because the list got re wrote so we had to confirm lard was not mentioned so I called and left message about wanting it and lard got left off. I know its one thing, but kinda frustrating.
Had them process a deer about a month ago (beginning of November 2023). I specified I wanted steak, stew meat and burger. I got steak and burger, no stew meat to be found. I called and talked to the lady that answered the phone and explained the situation, she looked up my order and acknowledged the stew meat on the order. I was told “maybe I mislabeled it”. No acknowledgment of the screw up, no nothing! I was also told the processing fee was $150, but when I picked it up it had jumped to $190. I asked about it and never got an answer. TOTALLY unhappy and will NOT be going back. Bill Ramsey
