Best Sausage I've found in a long time. Sausage this good comes around once every several years. Like; say 10 years. So I HOPE nothing changes with the business and that I can always get it here in Ga. I'm about 2 hours away from the processing spot In S.C. I got the "Hot". And it's the BEST I've had in soo long. Wow, I'm blown away. I knew it was gonna be good by the packaging and the way it cooked up. I mean "damn Son".........

If you usually got Jimmy Dean or Tennessee Pride as I had done for years you are missing the best sausage on the planet. Not being from South Carolina a coworker told me about Snow Creek when we moved here in 2007. When we go back to Virginia we always take some in since everyone there loves it.
Just bought and served my first sausage from Snow Creek Meat Processing...and my what a wonderful surprise!! Delicious! Love the fine ground meat...no pieces left in the palate to spit out! This is now my new go to sausage!!! Thank you and I thank my local butcher that recommend this sausage to me. My family love it ....Absolutely a divine sausage!!
Just tried this sausage at The Birch Inn - Clayton, GA. It is one of the best sausages I have ever had! Truly a magnificent blend of meats with the perfect amount of spices. Highly recommend!
I have been enjoying the great quality of Snow creek sausage for 20 years. My family's restaurant outside Charlotte used a local farm's sausage for 28 years and Snow Creek is of the same quality. I am disappointed however that I am happy to report that Snow Creek is now available at Publix in Seneca.
I just tried the Hot sausage this morning! I thought it was excellent! I would definitely recommend! Finally a company that says hot and it’s got some heat to it! I will be buying more in the future! Yum!
This is THE BEST sausage you will ever eat!!!!! My dad turned me on to this company earlier this year and I have been in love with this product ever since. I will never purchase any other brand ever again...it's that good!!!
Best sausage I have ever had. My sausage gravy is good with Jimmy Dean or Tennessee Pride, but it is considered the best when I use Snow Creek. I have soooo many compliments when I use this sausage.
Being new to the area and liking Hot Sausage I thought I'd give Snow Creek a chance. Wow what a great taste! I found it at Food Lion close to me. This is the sausage for me. Thank you Snow Creek.
By far the best sausage on the market! My grandmother says it tastes just like the good ole country sausage they processed and canned many, many years ago!
I have been using them for 8 years now. Our steers weigh in around the same amount. I've always gotten 800+lbs of meat this year they are telling me it's only 438 lbs Something isnt right we only feed our steer the healthiest way and natural. So no there's not gonna be that much fat. I'm very disappointed. I will no longer use them .
Been using this place for years but the last few years since they changed owners is terrible. We don’t get all of our beef back, ground meat has bone shards in it, different cuts than we ordered, and the steaks are like leather.
They are very friendly and courteous, and they've processed the last three cows we've bought. Also, best spicy sausage! Love it!
Snow Creek was great, good people I drove 66 miles to get there. ( I wish that I could have gotten another appointment before 16 months 😩 ) …
Just dropped off big shmoe. Sad but they are very professional.will give rest of review when we get meat back..we got meat back it was a lot of meat 819 lbs of beef .it was cut like we wanted already eaten some of the meat and it is great .will use this place again.also packed in airtight sealed see through package ..
We carried a 1342 lb. Steer there they told us we only had 448 lb beef every year we have gotten over 800 lbs of beef. I'm very disappointed in them.
I have tried ever sausage on the market. Nothing compares to snow creek !
