Snake River Farms

Bought a 4-bone in prime ribs. They delivered on time and the meet quality is good. It may not be cheap. But it's fairly priced and most importantly, the quality is very good. I had a big family event and the prime rib is the king on the table. When you divide it by 10 people, it's about $20 per person, v.s. $50 each in steak houses.

Reviews can be tricky - should be rules for how and why you rate a company. Reviews for Snake River are misleading in a negative way. I just ordered two 1.5” thick (1.5 lb) Waygu rib eye steaks and cannot tell you how awesome they were. You’ll just have to try them. Rich, buttery and full flavored. We know our beef in Oklahoma - ‘home’ of the black angus. There is no comparison. But on that topic, we did compare these to another Waygu steak company - hands down better in the taste, texture test. Excellent packaging, timely shipping (1 day) and great communications. Ordering again for my sons BD in 3 weeks and HIGHLY recommend for quality!

I chose Snake River Farms because they say they started in Wa state and boast they are from the Pacific NW in Idaho. But the Beef they are sending me is shipping from Sacramento CA. If they said anything about this on their site I would have ordered from somewhere else. I find their omission of the fact they ship their Beef from California to be dishonest.

I placed an order from here to take on a trip, but the order wasn't sent out in the time frame agreed to on the phone.

It's very calm and sees some interesting things and a lot of dirt roads. And very quiet place to!

First time loading cattle outta I will say mice well taken care of place for a feed lot
