We ordered a quarter of beef from Smidt Family Processing in Glenvil, NE. The owner, Lathen, answered the phone himself when I called to inquire about ordering. He let me know when he would have it available and that he would be calling me back closer to time to see how I wanted it cut. He got in touch with me exactly when he said he would and was very helpful during that process. I was very impressed with how clean the facility was, and the customer service was excellent! I would highly recommend this business!
It starts with great customer service and ends with some of the best quality products you will find anywhere. We just bellied up to one of the, if not the, best sirloins we've ever had. Nicely done Smidt Family.
Every time I fix something from his processing business, I am so thrilled with how "Good" it is!! I fixed chicken tenders from the chicken breast's. Oh my gosh! So proud of you Lathan! You and your family have made a wonderful business!
