Signature Springs Farm

This farm is truly incredible. Regenerative agriculture is finally here in San Antonio. Wish I could stay there all year round with the animals! I will definitely be back soon. The selection and taste of products was fantastic. Thank you for having me out there!

We loved visiting Signature Springs Farms! We showed the kids videos about regenerative agriculture and raising animals, and they were amazed. We were all going stir crazy over Christmas break, and TJ was kind enough to let us bring the kids to the farm so that they could see ethical meat raising and ask questions about local entrepreneurship. TJ was so knowledgeable and patient, and the farm is lovely. We left with fresh eggs and amazing cuts of meat that we cannot wait to tuck into! We feel blessed to live in a community where impactful, conscientious, and kind business owners are just a few miles away! Thank you again, TJ!!!

I got my first order delivered yesterday and made some spaghetti with a package of Signature Springs Farm ground beef. The flavor and quality is amazing! I'm proud to support a local regenerative farm, and extremely happy with the product.

TJ and Kyle are great people. They've let my family and I come help and learn to process chickens and turkeys. It's always a great time and they have a great system. My kids get to help catch the chickens and then play in the open space. The pork and chicken have such a better taste than store bought. We're always excited when my wife says we're having some. These are the guys to support with your hard earned money.

My husband, 3 kids, and I LOVED visiting this farm to get fresh meat and learn about chicken processing. The quality is amazing & this family is so knowledgable. I would recommend shopping with them for farm raised meat! It's important to find grass fed animals (meat) and conscious farmers who care about how they raise them! We have learned so much already about meat bird raising, processing, and care thanks to Signature Springs farm! Lovely side note, we also fell in love with the great pyrenees breed after meeting their beautiful LGD dogs. We now have 3 LGDs of our own.

My family has enjoyed many beef and poultry products from Signature Springs farm. We’ve been impressed with the quality. We’ve toured the farm with our grand children and have seen firsthand the good practices and hard work that goes into this local family farm.
