Siesel's Meats is a butcher shop and grocery store that specializes in high-quality meats, including beef, chicken, and pork, as well as a variety of deli sandwiches and gourmet grocery items. The business aims to provide customers with a superior selection of fresh and premarinated meats, alongside a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also offer a range of local products and specialty items, making it a popular choice for meat shopping and deli services.
Top quality meat! My boyfriend got me into going to this place for all of our fresh cooked meats. From tri-tips, to ribeye, to pork chops, even to premarinated chicken wings. Honestly the quality is uncomparable. In the price is very fair! It is a no-brainer to go here versus your standard grocery store, even costco. You're going to get high quality meat for the best price. They offer a large range of meats that are non-seasoned and premarinated. We like to change it up and sometimes by the non-marinated and sometimes the premarinated. I have many favorites! The Hawaiian tri-tip, the Korean chicken wings, and most recently the Sriracha pork chops. Highly recommend this place for all of your Butcher and meat shopping needs. Also the staff is super friendly and super knowledgeable. I've gone here a few times by myself to pick out meat and the staff was really helpful to explain the different options to me.
Great selection of meats — beef, chicken, pork, and sausages. They also have a nice variety of salads, and you can order fresh-made sandwiches at the deli. A great spot if you’re looking for quality and options!
Great butcher counter, great house made sausages. The deli counter leaves a bit to be desired, usually swamped with sandwich orders and can frequently stand there without being acknowledged. Few times I've had things sliced and plastic was left on the outside rendering the order useless when I got home. Generally above average. Definitely worth it for the sausage and the higher premium steaks.
I have been going here for sometime now and it seems the customer service has just gotten worse. I needed to check out and no one was at the register. A group of kids that i’m assuming work there were all standing outside talking. I was standing there for too long until one of them walked up to the register. She seemed to have an attitude as if i was interrupting her conversation with her friends. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened. And with the same staff, no acknowledgment, or small conversation, just extremely rude.
If you want a great meat market look no further. Siesels has got you covered for wine, fine meats, great rubs, and sauces. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, they have great suggestions if you have any questions on how to prepare the food. The deli is also fantastic if you are for a great sandwich.
A really great butcher shop with high-quality meats, especially the flank steak, filet mignon, and hotdogs. The apple butter bbq sauce is great as well! The deli is also certainly worth mentioning. They have great lunch deals on sandwiches. The Rudy and the club are both good options. The market itself has huge selections of beer, wine, and cheeses too. Highly recommended for the deli of the butcher shop!
Walked in and the high school aged kids behind the counter immediately started snickering at me. I’m visibly gay and I know I look a little different. They should train their young employees better so that customers don’t get the wrong idea that they may be a homophobic business 😉At minimum, their behavior is unprofessional. The meat is pretty good though.
Excellent meat selections. Great deli sandwiches. And a large selection of condiments, spices, jellies, jams, and much more. Well worth the visit, if you do not mind paying for quality.
Great place with a great crew that runs the shop. They have it all, whether you are looking for Choice, Prime, or Dry Aged cuts they have them all. They also have a good poultry and pork section too. They are extremely helpful and informative about how to properly prepare and cook anything they sell. Good Deli and Sandwiches too. The other side of the shop is grocery section with sauces, marinades, and rubs...As well as fresh produce. They also have a frozen section with exotic game meats (Ox Tails, Wild Boar, etc.) Still the same great place...great people and great fresh food. Of you get a chance grab a sandwich from the deli
Their products are great, but the customer service is horrible. I purchased a sandwich from the deli and got some other groceries and went to go check out, and the person at the register. Wanted me to go all the way back to the deli to get a price for the sandwich. It was not a pleasant experience.
Been coming here with my mom my whole life specifically for their quality meats. It’s a nice local grocery store with friendly employees that are more than happy to help you. They sell several products from local restaurants, as well as …
I used to come, great stuff usually, friendly folks and typically expensive steaks but with quality. BUT last time, ground beef and a Mary’s chilled chicken in really bad shape, I had to throw 60$ to the trash. They need to pay more attention to the dates of the products they sell
We have been customers of Siesel's since 1985 - 40 years of the best burgers + steaks in the region.
This place has it all, it’s a store, a deli, and a butcher shop. While the meats are a cut above and have always been very good, they are costly. I mostly go because of the deli; the sandwiches are the bomb.
Always the best. Got an awesome looking chuck roast to make pot roast. And.... They had my fave tortilla chips - Chipz Happen. Best ever and hard to come by.
Great classic sandwiches. Grocery store has lots of niche lux items you can’t find at other locations.
My favorite place to get fresh and high quality meat. The customer service is top notch and they have nearly everything you could think of. Even various venison.
Usually when I go to Siesels I only get a deli sandwich. Today I got meats. This market is awesome. So many good meats, and the butchers are helpful and knowledgeable
Parking to go to grab coffee, see this spot and decided to try sandwich after a customer says it’s legit. Well, dude spoken the truth. Quality sandwich (Station 25: named after Fire Station across the street), for $10. Tucked in a quiet hood, with plenty of parking and seating. Now giddy-up over to Siesel’s.
My husband and I definitely prefer purchasing meats in a butcher store than at supermarkets. Siesel’s and Iowa Meats are the places to go. They are sister stores. Iowa is near Mission Valley which we went a lot in our old neighborhood. Both …
