⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made. I recently split a half cow with a friend and went through Showalter’s for the processing. After watching their YouTube videos we had to give them a shot. Let me just say — I should’ve done this years ago. The quality of the meat is outstanding. Every single cut — from steaks to roasts — has been perfectly done. The steaks were trimmed and cut just right, and the roasts are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The team at Showalter’s was incredibly professional and welcoming throughout the entire process. Their facility is immaculately clean, which gave me a lot of confidence in how they handle everything. They made the pickup process smooth, the packaging was top-notch, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. This is a place that truly cares about quality and service. I’ve already told friends and family about them, and I’ll continue to do so. They’ve absolutely earned a customer for life. Next on my list — ordering a processed hog. Thank you to the whole team at Showalter’s for setting the bar this high!

Great staff. Amazing samples. The store is amazingly clean and well stocked. Everything is frozen though nothing fresh so just know that before going. My wife and I absolutely love the Sage pork sausage, it has Amazing flavor. Good selection of beef, lamb, chicken and pork. We did try there hot dogs and were not a fan. It's a great place to bring your wild game for processing, the pulled BBQ deer is phenomenal. Prices are very reasonable if you need to stock your freezer check them out.

We met these folks at the Adair county outdoorsman expo and I cannot say enough how Pleased I was with my experience. Great quality meats, great prices, and great people. They gave us a bunch of free samples and were very kind and respectful people. I cannot recommend this bussiness enough. If you are in the area it would be a shame to miss out on them.

10/10; would highly recommend! We needed a hog to make a lechón (Puerto Rican hog roast) for our wedding and Showalter’s meats made it happen! Love their website with all the details and information. Customer service is outstanding. We got a 100lbs live weight hog and it was fantastic. We transported with a body bag ordered from Amazon & got an 150qt cooler from Walmart. Thanks for making my delicious wedding food dreams come true, Showalter’s! Many blessings to ya’ll!

Showalter’s beef and pork is exceptional. I’ve been coming here for 2 years for beef and recently add their pork to my list. The meat and quality is the best around. I drive from Glasgow which has plenty of farmers to choose from but nothing has been comparable. Absolutely best steaks I’ve ever eaten. The price for their beef and pork is reasonable and if you’ve ever tried it you’d agree. Also I’d rather give my money to people with strong Christian values and treat their costumers like family. Thank you Showalter’s and you gained a costumer for life!

This place is the absolute best place to get great meat. The experience is unreal and the samples are great to see what you like and what you really like. Forrest was a neat guy and usually tells some pretty corney jokes. Fun place to visit.

My first trip today and it exceeded my expectations; even after reading all the 5 star reviews! I brought home more pork than I thought we'd get, they continuously fed us while there, and they're located in a beautiful area. Our 4-hour round trip is well worth it. To steal a line from another review, "you go there to get meat, but leave with a new friend". If you're considering this business, definitely give them a try.
