Shaw Road Farm

Shaw Road Farm is fantastic - great cuts of meat, knowledgeable and friendly. I do all of my Beef and Pork purchases at the farmers market every week, if I’m unsure about what I need I can ask for a recommendation and get tips on cooking new cuts of meat. Recently they have added cutting fresh meat right at the market so you can pick a cut and get the right size cut fresh in front of you.

I ordered 10 lbs of rib eye steaks and they are fabulous. I was not able to pick them up at the time they were available so he offered to bring it to my house! The package was more than 10 lbs and because he arrived a bit later than he said he would he threw in two NY strip steaks. Excellent quality, excellent price, excellent service.

Decided to stop in here on the way home with my buddy and get some lunch and for the price its not bad, for the portions and the size of the wrap it's worth the buy and the food is just amazing, was best i had in a good while. Also love the atmosphere and the street fighter 2 arcade cabinet. Nice wide selection of drinks. Hell im gonna have to come back more often for lunch and come back for breakfast. Hope to see this place grow into a well known cafe

I love the products that they sell! The grass fed beef is excellent and makes for a tasty meal every time. The cooking tips are most helpful to the basic cook. I am glad to have met these folks at the Farmers Market.

Love all our experiences at the farm and with Ben. He has provided excellent personal service, has gone the extra mile to meet us and warmly welcome us at the farm. He has many hearty and notably delicious products at a good price. Definitely will continue to be a regular. Highly recommend!

Shaw Road Farm meats, (I’ve only had the pork and beef) are absolutely incredible! Priced very competitively and the quality is far beyond the grocery store. The best way I can describe their steaks are “sublime”. You’ll be hooked after the first bite. Ben knows his cuts and how to cook them. He’ll change your life!

If you are looking for a one-of-a-kind place in the heart of Dexter, this is it! The coffee was delicious and the wrap was unlike anything I've ever had before. Filled with fresh meat and veggies and special sauce, you won't get one like this anywhere else! Definitely going back!

Customer service like no other we’ve ever experienced. Ben went out of his way to meet us at the farm. We were on a mission to find grass fed, pasture raised beef after reading the book, “Omnivores Dilemma”. Great book and it seems like he is following the farming practices that are detailed in this book. We are from NJ but have a camp close by, and cannot get steaks anything like this quality in NJ or Pennsylvania. My husband and I were blown away by Bens caring customer service. He actually spent a great deal of time describing his philosophy and the way his cattle are raised. He even offered to walk us to a far away field where the cattle were grazing. Never grain finished, ever. We will be repeat customers for sure. Thank you Ben for everything and all you do for sustainable farming etc etc 🐂f

Met the owner a few years back when they joined the local farmers market. Grassfed goodness you wont find from anyone else. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy from a local farmer who cares about not just the quality of meats they sell, but the welfare and care of the animals.

Great experience! Excellent service and the chicken Caesar wrap was the best I’ve ever had! The coffee was out of this world, I purchased 2 pds of the bacon, it was the most delicious my family and I ever had!
