First time using Shaffs for deer processing. Had hot dogs, summer sausage and ground processed. Not only did we have our order ready 6 days after drop off, the hot dogs are excellent! Not too salty or greasy. Nicely packaged, clean and efficient facility. Thanks Shaffs!!
Took my deer meat to have a couple things and let me tell you the polish pickled sausage is spot on and the best also summer sausage is best I’ve had made over the years.
