Really, very good beef jerky of the style that can only be found in shops like Schroeder's! Arma, Kansas butcher making jerky and sausages. I also had the Cooked salami with jalapeño and pepper jack cheese; also quite good with just enough heat. While it does not happen frequently, he can and will sell-out of some items for the day. Cash and check only, with an ATM across the street. Option to pre-order. I'll be back.

We picked our pork up Monday. This is Wednesday. We've already tried our ham, bacon and sausage. All were excellent.
They have the best beef jerky I have ever tasted. I highly recommend that you try it. It's worth the money. For a little bit of money you get a lot of jerky. Great service as well. Nice employees. I will always go there for the beef jerky.
The BEST jerky in the entire country -- And I've tried LOTS of jerky. I live in Los Angeles and try to have someone pick up a few pounds every time they in Kansas. Love it!!!
Been using schroeders for 15 years and had excellent products until new ownership took over about 3 years ago. This last puchase of hamburger meat has too much fat in it and steaks also. Very disappointed when you spend alot of money for the quality we are getting now.
As others have said, this is some of the best, if not the best jerky you'll ever have. Can't wait to see if they start to offer shipping. Their hillbilly bacon is also a must try.
Love to buy their jerky for gifts for those hard to buy for family members. It's my favorite place to get great quality meat products.

if you insist on the finest, drive to arma, this bacon blew me away, heres why- evenly well marbled throughout, lean and not wafer sliced, didnt shrivel away, impress you guest with the best
