The Sap Bush Hollow Farm store in West Fulton, NY is a gem. We have a place a few miles up the road and it is incredible that we can access the highest quality pasture raised chicken and pork and the most delicious farm fresh eggs locally. If you like grass fed meats, this is your place. We buy our Thanksgiving turkey each year from the farm store and it is always a hit with our out of town guests. Super convenient, run as a 24/7 honor store....yes, honor store...that should tell you all you need to know.

I love this spot! I live nearby and frequent the Sap Bush Hollow Farm Store often. I am a particular fan of the fresh eggs, milk, and cream. They also often have quiches and breads that are delicious. They're frozen and they heat up beautifully. I order online from here too -- we order shares of grass-fed beef, pasture-raised chicken, and pastured pork in advance and pick them up from the freezers at the store. The meat is ***exceptional.*** Couldn't recommend it more strongly. And it's open 24 hours! Can't beat it. It helps that the family that owns the store is super nice! Makes it easy to come back :)

The Sap Bush Hollow honor store is a very welcome addition to our community. The importance of having access to local grass fed and pasture raised meats near me, especially the pasture raised chicken and grass fed beef, at any hour or day cannot be overstated. I particularly enjoy the specialty sausages and being able to pick up a few products, like cured sausages, cheeses, or even kimchi, that I might have to make a special trip for.

Shannon and her family have an amazing offer: they converted the red shed in the back of their cafe to a charming little honor store. We get all our pastured raised meat from them and this makes our lives so happy and healthy! You can order online or just show up and grab stuff from the freezer, then self-check out. I highly recommend it!

We live in the hills of Schoharie County NY and this little farm store is our life saver for great nutritiously raised food. We buy our fresh eggs, our pasture raised chickens and turkeys, our grass-fed lamb and meat here. Sometimes we come home with a delightful snack. And it's a quick walk away. This store is one of the reasons we live here; it's awesome.

Local, with exceptional products. I would travel farther for the dairy and meat selections, my eggs, but get to just walk down the road. Easy to use, welcoming and clear inside with instructions. Plenty of parking for those who do drive to access. There is something exceptional in this day and age of shopping here that reminds us of community, trust in one another- and that those things don't have to come at the expense of quality or convenience. A really remarkable place. Highly recommend. Product across the boards, whether ready made or for the home chef is very high.

it's one of the MANY joys of living in this rural, beautiful and most friendly community. The SapBush Hollow Farm Store carries not only their own fabulous fresh farm, organic, local, free-range food products but only other local products from dairy to honey to terrific snackables. The biggest draw for my family is hopping on a bike to the West Fulton Post Office, and then right next door picking up FRESH, free-range eggs, local cream and yogurt & SapBush Farm's incredible sausage or bacon. For a special weekend supper their Pork Chops, leg of lamb, or a Whole chicken are CRAZY good. They stock some staples and if they get enough requests, they will add specialty items. It's also a great place to pick up gift items, including beautiful wool blankets from their sheep. If you are driving up for the weekend to a local BnB you can order online and pick it up at the store which is open LATE. Just don't forget to leave them a thank you note cuz' the Hooper-Hayes family are some of the warmest people you can meet... AND all four are wonderful musicians as well. p.s. I've been buying our Thanksgiving Turkey from them for well over 20 years now... it's a delicious family tradition.

Get all my eggs here - they are great, fresh and bright yellow yolks. It is also wonderful to have a source of high quality, grass fed beef and pastured chickens.

This is a place out of the way that will surprise you with its diverse menu, comfortable & pleasant atmosphere, eclectic & interesting staff and delicious gluten free cinnamon rolls, my favorite! Be sure to check out the shop in back with local meats, eggs, etc.
