Customer service! I can’t say enough on how important it is for small businesses to take care of its customers and Rowe Family is a shinning example of great customer service. I recently sent an email to inquire about a whole cow purchase and the owner responded to me within hours, not days. Then I purchased 50lbs of ground beef to hold me over until I could receive my whole cow but I purchased it the week of my wedding week so I had many moving parts to juggle that week. After a few back and forth emails (all within minutes of each other) they exceeded my expectations by delivering my shipment less than 24hrs after placing the order. I’m not saying they will do this for everyone but to me it seems they are willing to accommodate their customers. I was looking for a reliable, local, beef supplier that I can purchase from to feed my family. I’ve now found one and will be a customer of Rowe Family Farms for life. Thank you Rowe Family!!
The Rowe’s provide great tasting locally grown beef that is very high quality. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for something healthier for your family.
We carry their meat at the store I work at and it is delicious and priced well. I buy their ground beef weekly and it tastes so much better than anything from a grocery store. Love supporting a local business by purchasing from them.
We LOVE Rowe Family Farms. We ordered 25 pounds of ground beef and enjoy that they provide individual pound packages plus local home delivery. Their grass fed beef is priced extremely well and their beef quality and flavor is glorious. Wonderful family and farmers that we look forward to continuing to support. Thank you Rowe family!
Rowe Family Farms sets the standard for quality beef, chicken and eggs. All of their meat is ethically and organically raised without any genetically modified feed. I know the owner personally and he goes out of his way to assure quality! I order from them weekly and they even deliver in the Cleveland area. You can find them at the Brainerd Farmer's Market and their products are also sold at Abundant Living Organic Foods on Keith Street. Support local ethical farms!!
Wonderful family owned business. My favorites are the whole chicken, NY strip, Beef bones. They even deliver if you live in Cleveland! You can also find them at the Brainerd Farmers Market on Saturdays 10-12pm.

Their Bath & Body products are the best I have come across. I have tried many handmade soaps and lotions in life but Jenny Rowe has a gift in making superb products!

Their meat is awsome the family is super friendly. We highly recommend this place. My next thing is to get my scented oils etc from his wife for my candle making etc
