My experience is 0 star , I showed up at 9 am for unloading and reloading. Security said pul up behind truck so there was 4 trucks in front of me. Receiving was taking anybody who came after me but not me . I was mad and almost got in conflict with receiving why he is take them first . He said he got no space to unload my load . I don’t care . At least 15 truck jump in front of me and I left at 7 pm and I was last one . It’s bab bad bad experience plus receiving is racist he was taking Black drivers first like right away
Nice guys. There’s have overnight parking. A lot of flies. Make sure you are not overloaded.

when coming off of hwy 441/129 THE ONLY SAFE WAY HERE is to take PONDER PINES RD....that's coming/leaving this plant.
The people were fantastic, loading wood real quick. The only downfall.Do not open your windows or your doors too many flies
Easy location to find, friendly people, quick turnaround as long as your product passes. They’re serious about biosecurity so wear your shoe covers and you’ll go through a sanitizer truck wash before entering. Don’t open your door for too long or your windows because there’s a much higher concentration of flies here.

Overnight parking available. TA truck stop 7 miles away . Loading on 2 hours
Nice in and out. If you can avoid opening your windows all the better. But otherwise good place to pick up

No place to park if you are early, but they do load trucks fast. Average time 1 hour
