Their maple breakfast sausage and bacon were very good as was the chicken. The beef (ground and steaks) had good color, texture and flavor too. The farmer takes good care of his animals and how they are being raised.
Awesome experience! Had an educational tour of the farm and facilities. Animals are healthy and being raised in the old world fashion. The product showcases the attention to detail provided by the farmer. The beef is delicious!
