This place is dirty, ugly, and completely unprofessional. The owner acts like he’s the king of kings 😂 while constantly raising prices every time you show up. A lamb that used to cost $200–$300 now somehow costs $500–$650 with no consistency. They just make up numbers and expect customers to pay. Total disappointment — nothing but greed and zero respect for customers. A few months ago I paid $300 for the same lamb. Which was around 150-180 pounds. Then a month ago it was $400. Now they wanted $650, and I still ended up paying $450. The prices here keep going up every single time with no honesty or consistency. Roberto is a very nice gentleman. Always has a fair market price. There is no haggling for price because he charges the animals by the published market price per pound for live animals and averages around $3.50 per pound. Can't get better then that. Has healthy animals. If you are looking for lambs or goat, he has them at his place. He also provides skinning and cleaning for a nominal fee of $20. The place is very clean and the process is super fast. I would definitely recommend this place.

I ordered 100 pound lamb to slaughter but they slaughtered 150 old lamb without my permission and kept calling me that I must buy what they chose and all stuffs were SOOO RUDE!!! they talk to you as if you work for them and keep hanging up the phone in the middle of the conversation! Such a disrespectful people.

I gave it 2 start coz the price went crazy high with in a month or 2 .I understand if price go up somets with some cents but you can't go from$ 2 /3and some change to $5 per lb .i have recommended to so many people in my community and we enjoyed the freedom we get slaughtering according to our culture and custom and the price was awesome ,everyone I recommend stopped going to Wisconsin for that reason but now I don't know . I recommend you keep your customers by keep the price at an affordable rate like you used to and not loss customers.

Clean and neat farm. The slaughtering area is well maintained and all the butchers are well trained and very helpful. Alberto the owner really knows what he is doing and is always a great guy to work with.
