My family loves the recipes I make with the tasty pork from Riverland Farms. I buy it right from the farmer at the Vineyard Farmers Market in Fresno. My favorites are the German sausage, which I use in a Mennonite Green Bean Soup. My son's favorite is the pork sausage which I use to make a homemade Zuppa Toscana. It's probably one of the tastiest soups that I make. And we also enjoy breakfast sausage as I cooked today with some fresh sage, from the garden and apples and cinnamon for make ahead breakfast.
Their meat is so good you can literally taste how fresh it is. The breakfast sausage is the best I’ve ever had. Absolutely incredible
The epitome of eating clean grassfed beef! No antibiotics or hormones or any of that junk. Great tasting, like nothing you'll find at any grocery store and priced right. Best beef value in the central valley!
