Exceptional meat. I recently did a NY strip taste test with a grocery store Prime cut, a separate local cut, and an American Wagyu and Full Blood Wagyu cut from River Road. Hands down, both of the river road steaks were better by miles. The fat has the unique buttery flavor that wagyu should have. Definitely plan on getting more of my meat from you regularly!
My family stopped buying store bought beef and we only buy from River Road Cattle Company! I love their local Waygu beef, and this beef is way better than store bought and reasonably priced! Will buy my beef here forever!
