I got some pork belly there. My wife really likes pork belly and she was very happy with it.
We generally do our own meat processing but we take the bacons and hams to Richfield Meats to be cured. Home raised bacon and hams cured at Richfield Meats makes for some EXCELLENT meals. I’ve eaten a lot more bacon since I’ve been raising my own and getting R M. to cure it. There’s no place out there that can beat home raised pork that RM has cured.
