The third year that I have had my cow butchered and wrap. They do an excellent job and great service.

Thanks Ryan, received 1/2 pig. Tried the pork breakfast sausage and seasoned perfectly. Cant wait to try roasts n bacon. Excellent clean facility.... keep up the strong work.

We have got a side a beef for a second time now because our first experience was so good! Ryan is a great guy and the meat was amazing! We will continue to buy from them!

Just moved here last Sept. know no one here. Asked around for s good butcher and was referred to Reedy by a neighbor. We called and explained we wanted a half of beef to split with our grown kids. Placed an order! After a month or so was called and asked how we wanted meat cut. Explained we were sharing a half with other family members. Took a while, but when we went to pick up the meat there were people lined up to pick up theirs also. At that point we were told they only took cash. We of course had a check or CC. We had to Drive back from Elk to Colbert and get cast. When we arrived, the meat was given to us! We are sooo disappointed I could cry. We are retired and paid over 1,600.00. The meat is hardly edible. We have cooked it every way possible. We had like 80 packages of hamburger, which is bloody and has a strange texture. There was only one pack of Tenderloin, and it had 7 steaks in it?? We were supposed to be packaged for two?? The meat is strong flavored and tougher than on old shoe. full of Gristle and fatty. The flavor is so off I am wondering if it is even cow. I am 75 years old, and was raised on a farm. Have been married 55 years and bought meat from a butcher many times! I am upset and disappointed and we did let them know. They did nothing. Thinking of donating all of it to Cattails. We are so embarrassed that our kids trusted us to get some good meat and they dislike it as much as we do. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Reedys has processed a steer and 2 pigs and did an excellent job. Everything was cut perfect, bacon hams smoked were amazing, and the place is so clean you could eat off the floor! Nice pleasant folks with a can do attitude, highly recommend them :)

We have used many, many butchers over the last 30 yrs in the Elk and Deer Park Area (and elsewhere). Some were dirty, some clean. Some stole our meat Some did a good job with bacon and hams, others, not good at all. This is the best place all around. Very clean, cut and packaged the way we ask. Prices high average. Bacon & hams cured perfectly on the pigs. Probably better than anywhere else we have tried. Reserve early. Hard to get in, they are so busy.

This is our third time using Reedys for our pig. They always do a great job. Seasoning on the sausage and curing on bacon are perfect. Always had a great experience from customer service to cut quality.

I experienced the WORST customer service from an employee here!! Biggest issue was they got our order wrong, so I called about it to verify what happened. The man I spoke with was extemely rude and condescending and basically said that I must have not ordered it correctly then. I was appalled at his lack of customer service. This wasn't their only mistake, they transposed my number wrong so I wasn't contacted when my order was ready. I had to call them to make sure they even had received my order, as it had been 3-4 weeks since I was notified by the rancher that the cow was being sent to them. He all but laughed at me when I called him out for improperly handling my concerns. The friend who I went in on this order with is a family member of the rancher who we bought the meat from. Be sure they will also be told about the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE this man gave me today. They should know who they are conducting business with.

Had a very good experience with Reedy’s. Father and don both came out and together were very efficient and quick with the kill process. The cut and wrap with the specific cuts were very well done and labeled. I would highly recommend them for your processing.

They are very compassionate to their community and produce quality goods. They were also kind enough to set aside organ meat that I can feed my dog that is allergic to kibble. I recommend doing business with them.

The place is very clean and efficient in meat processing but lacks common customer needs skills. I took game meat to them for processing and was never asked how I wanted it done or in what size packaging I needed. When I got a lump of six frozen steaks and asked why so many in one package I was told that"s how they do it...Really?...who wants to be forced to eat so much at once? They also charged twice as much as other local meat processors.

I’ve been raising beef basically all my life and have butchered my own and hired many companies. I heard about Reedys through some very reputable sources so I thought I would try them. Made a butcher date a few months out and had a no show no call experience👎Rude behavior when you make a plan and don’t even get a call would not recommend them to process a chicken, squirrel, or anything else LOL!!! #Unprofessional!!!

Took a bear there in October did not get it done until Dec. 23 rd. got 4 large bags of meat not wrapped in packs just all thrown together now I have to thaw and separate myself. The lady that answers the phone is very rude. Then they only want cash , assuming they don't want to have to claim it on there taxes. Would not recommend at all. Two thumbs down.

These guys are amazing they take pride in what they do and care about the customers. I have used a lot of butchers and I have never had the quality that these guys produce I will continue to use them every year.
