Camping at the Red House Ranch stands to be the perfect nature forward and farm fare centered experience. Pitching a tent on the peak of Ike and Dave's mountain top property offers a vast scenic back drop of the rolling Catskills. After radiant sunsets , the bold clear display of the night sky allows you to decipher your favorite constellations. The complimentary farm fresh eggs provide a natural full flavor that you just can't find at the grocery store. With a long list of grass fed and pastured options we chose the mild Italian sausage coil and a sirloin steak. These cuts were the most succulent and juicy pieces of meat to ever make their way across my grill. Searing them over the on site firewood and provided grate brought out the divine richness of the tender pork and beef. It was an epic eats experience. Lastly I would be remiss if I didn't mention the generosity of Ike and Dave. They perfectly accommodated our every need while giving us all the privacy we desired. They are wonderful communicators and great conversationalists to boot. Dave noticed my son's fascination with his ATV and as an act of kindness took us for a ride around the property. We were able to see all the homestead had to offer, including the animals they humanely raise with great care and diligence. The Red House Ranch has made it on my list of annual summer adventure locations.

My wife, Christine and I stayed over night in our RV on their ranch. Beautiful location with nothing but rolling hills, trees, flowers and a pond to look at. More importantly, the animals have plenty of room to graze. It is good to know where the high quality beef and pork come from and it is delicious. We look forward to ordering more food products through there delivery service.

Whether you’re looking to camp at one of the sites on the ranch or just looking for fresh, delicious, humanely raised eggs and meat produced by nice, hard working people, you will not be disappointed. And let me give you just one example of the customer service you can expect from Ike and Dave. My husband and I camped at the ranch last year, and had again booked a site for the current weekend (Sat into Sunday), but when we arrived yesterday, there was already a motorhome on the site. Not sure if it was our mistake or a mistake with the scheduling on their end, but no problem…Dave simply grabbed a lawn mower, went up to another location on top of the hill and in 15 mins or so had created a nice, private campsite for us, complete with fire cauldron! We loved our site on top of the hill with its lovely views, and even enjoyed watching a rainstorm off to the east while we sat comfy and dry under the rv canopy. This morning we enjoyed some Red House Ranch fresh eggs for breakfast, and took home some steaks and hamburger for later use. Having purchased some of RHR meats in the past, I know we’re in for a treat. If you want quality meat products and the chance to meet and chat with the farmers who actually produce them, give Red House Ranch a try!

I was excited to receive my first order last week. Everything was perfect from the moment it arrived to placing the well labeled packages of frozen meat into my freezer. It had the look of meticulous professional care with the instructions about dry ice, thawing, & cooking guidelines. Thus far, we've enjoyed the beef breakfast sausage & ground beef & give it an A+. I have no doubt that I be a repeat customer. It's an answer to my prayers to have this option close to home. I pray that quality farms/ranches like yours continue to thrive & help us eat healthy. Looking forward to visiting asap with grandchildren.

Such a lovely, magical place! Enjoyed staying on the property and exploring. Definitely will be visiting again! All goods provided, from the fresh farm eggs to the amazingly delicious steaks were incredible! Highly recommend!

Great location. Excellent hosts. I’d recommend this campsite to any individuals or families looking to get away for awhile. I’d also highly recommend the eggs, Canadian bacon, and Italian sausage for your camping meals - or to bring home. They were excellent. I’m eager to find an opportunity to go back.

The owners Ike and Dave are genuine and very kind. I camped on the farm and it was an amazing experience - we walked around to visit the animals and they treat them very well. You can’t do any better than pasture raised meat! So far I tried their pork hot dogs, chicken wings and chicken eggs - the difference is very noticeable and the quality is great. I even ordered some cool stuff for my dogs which was exciting! I would absolutely recommend buying from them.

Wonderful Customer Service: I had placed my first order and received an email from both Ike and Chris asking how everything was. Now I have had a previous email with Chris about wanting to order from his company as they make 100% PORK hot dogs and explained that I have Lyme disease and now I am allergic to beef now because of it. On the website it listed Pork jerky so I ordered it along with breakfast sausage, pork chops and some beef jerky as well as a steak for my wife. The order came but I inspected the pork jerky and found it had beef in it. I sent an email to Chris explaining that I believed that the pork jerky would only be pork and did not read the ingredients list. Chris and Ike quickly sent a reply and stated that the wrong jerky was packed and that they were very sorry. They immediately sent me the correct pork jerky at no charge. Food Quality: The Pork Jerky is almost gone it has a wonderful flavor, and I don't need to refrigerate it so I can keep it in my work van as a snack, that is a big plus and its made with Pork and not a bunch of unpronounceable words. The breakfast sausage is great and not overly salty like what you get at the grocery store and it is packed in natural sleep stomach liner. This is all that I have tried from my order and look forward to getting to the chops and my wife wants the steak for diner on Sunday so time to get propane. I will be ordering again.

We buy meat, eggs and now garlic from Red House Ranch LLC. It is clear that the sustainable farming methods they use result in fresher and significantly better tasing products. The pork chops are phenomenal! Customer service is outstanding and the relationship Red House Ranch owners Ike, Dave and Chris strive to make with their customers will make you feel like part of the family.

Ike and Dave are really the best. I own a local bed and breakfast and I love to serve Red House Ranch products to my guests.
