About

Red Hill Farm Trust appears to be a business that offers both beef products and cabin accommodations for guests. They provide a service where customers can order beef, as evidenced by positive reviews regarding their helpfulness and the quality of their butchering service. Additionally, they offer rustic cabin rentals for those seeking a secluded getaway experience.

Everyone who works here was so very helpful with our order of a 1/2 beef. I was on a limited time schedule and they made sure that I was able to get the beef on time for my kids. The ladies I spoke with and emailed in the office were always super helpful and the company that they use for butchering is also fantastic. They helped me to make the best choices while having the beef butchered for my kids. I will most definitely be doing business with them again. It was a pleasure from beginning to end.

The accommodations were fine for the price. The Hide A Way cabin is secluded, rustic, a little dusty, and loosely built (you can see through cracks in the walls to the next room), but again, fine for the price. The reason for the poor review is for poor customer service. When we arrived a staff person met us to take payment. I've rarely seen a staff member for any of the myriad of other cabins I've rented. Let alone have one linger at the cabin for 45 minutes. While making insinuations about the moral character of our group. We were questioned about our intentions for the weekend and told the owner would come and check on us to make sure we were staying in line. To be fair, we were a group of five guys in our thirties. I can see how this could make someone nervous. Even though we left the place in great shape, they couldn't know that going in. However, particularly bad customer service can put a bad taste in your mouth. It certainly did mine that weekend. You may have a much different experience at Red Hill. The accommodations and seclusion were enjoyable. However, being the veteran of many a getaway cabin. I've become used to pleasant and invisible staff, who treat you as guests and not intrusions. There are too many great cabins out there for me to bother with Red Hill again.
