I am exceedingly happy with this farm. We have tried many sources over the years looking for a local vendor in the RVA area that actually does what it says it does which is raise non-f'ed with animals for consumtion. For us that means the farmer isn't treating the animals or the land with any unnatural substance nor are they creating some kind of bizarre meat "product" in an inhumane factory and labeling it "organic" or "natural" or whatever is the current marketing buzz word of the day. Red Cedar Ranch is refreshingly working hard to honor what Mother Nature created already for us. If you want delicious meat that is priced fairly then look no further. They hit all the points for us: local, delicious meat, regenerative practices, respectful. They are people who you can rely on and trust to give you the best meat possible. It makes me happy to pay them knowing I'm continuing to nourish them as they are nourishing us.
They have the best eggs and meat! I’ve been very pleased with everything I have bought from them. The owners are friendly and reply back quick.
