Rebel Hollow Farm

I got a steak at the farmers market got home took a bite. Got back in my car; I went and bought 8 more. Genuinely the most tender and flavourful steak I’ve ever had.

We have gotten brats at a small family-run meat and deli when we go back to IN. We had RH's andouille brats. They were soooo good. We were going to share with neighbors...but didn't. And the people at the Farmers' Market are great!

We ordered a half cow and got exactly the amount of meat we were told we would get. They delivered to our town so we didn't have to go far to pick it up. So far we've tried the steak and it was absolutely the best steak I've had in my entire life. The flavor was great and it was so so tender. Will definitely be repeat customers!

Bought a quarter cow in January and have been able to enjoy it all year long. It's truly some of the best beef I've tasted and I love that I'm supporting local farmers. I always feel confident that I'm getting really high quality meat. Their sausage and eggs are amazing too!

We ordered a whole cow butchered and packaged. I can’t say enough positive words about their meats. Everything was labeled, sorted, and vacuum sealed. The total cost was was lower than the Grocery stores. We have also ordered pork and it’s been superb. When I have had questions on how to prepare one of their meats, the responses were quick and very helpful. Shop Local

We're never going back to store bought meat after tasting Rebel Hollow's delicious meat. Jodie is great, easy to contact, and great to work with. We've also bought eggs and corn from her and it was soooo good!!!

I was told I would get “around 50lbs” at a certain price and it ended up being ~32lbs of beef. Additionally, I thought the meat was incredibly fatty for being grass finished or grass fed. Would not recommend.

I have ALWAYS hated the smell of plain ground beef, chicken and pork cooking….until I tried Rebel Hollow Farm’s ground beef. When I was frying it in the skillet, I shocked and actually said out loud, “This smells good”. That’s when I realized there’s a HUGE difference in quality between store bought (even organic) and this farm’s beef. We are buying again!

I ordered an 1/8 of a cow at the Christmas Fair and have had to meet 3 times to get my product I ordered and the 3rd time they were 45 min late for pick up. I am very disappointed because I had high hopes of continuing to order on a regular basis.
