I go there to buy Bison summer sausage and most October's I order 3 smoked Pheasant's and pick them up for Thanksgiving and Christmas they have GREAT SERVICE AND ALWAYS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL

My brother took his Angus steer , he raised ,to Reisons to be butchered. We believe it was Not his cow he got back. He receive 360 lbs of a over 1200 lb steer. They said it would be 2 weeks to process and ended up being a month. How can a steer that hung for 3 weeks be have bloody meat. The tail was even in sailing package. What a disappointment. Ended up being about 6 dollars a pound for his own meat!!!!!

Quick efficient and friendly. Most of all the meat is trimmed well and clean. Really like this place.

Great family-owned meat locker. I go there to purchase venison cheese and jalapeno sausage. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful counter staff. And, delicious venison sausage!

Been going here for several years. Great deer processing. Good variety of packages to choose from. Deer sausage is the best around in my opinion

Poor customer service. I had a deer processed there and my order was not done correctly. I was charged for deluxe package but only received the standard package. Myself and my husband called several times and they would not refund the difference. Unfortunately, will have to use other meat locker in the future.

August 2023. Mislabeled of meat, very greasy hamburger, lots of fat to be trimmed off before using. Wonder where my actual meat went, hanging weight compared to what I git was beyond ridiculous. Better off buying meat at a grocery store. Would definitely not recommend.

Will never go there again. We took in a 1,400 lb beef to be processed. Left with 380 lbs of ground beef and 20 lbs of steak. When we called them all 3 time to say this don’t seem right. They insisted it was accurate and we don’t see a problem. Use this place with caution. I never leave ratings anywhere I go but this is Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. I hope they enjoyed using our beef in their deli!

I bought a hog from Porcine Farms and they delivered to Reason's for me. Reason's were very prompt on contacting me to find out how I wanted it cut. They were very helpful throughout the process. The turnaround time was exactly as estimated and they contacted me as soon as it was ready. The packages were just as I ordered and the quantity was just what I'd expect from a 300 pound butcher hog. Very professional staff and great service!

We split a side of beef with family annually. Our farmer sends his stock to Reason's Locker, so we've been getting our beef from them for years. The ground beef is packaged in uniform 1# square packages that store nicely in the freezer. The steaks and roasts are nicely trimmed and neatly packaged. Highly recommend Reason's Locker for livestock processing.

Used to be great. However I would not recommend the new sh$!show that it has become. Drove an hour and a half for pickup after they called me, and it wasn't even cut yet. No answer as to why, no compensation, no future business from me. Pathetic. Also, upon leaving this review I was called by Greg, who owns this business. He demanded I remove my review, and complained that I left him no room for rebuttal. I attempted to explain why, and was met with attitude and ignorance. He then decided that he'd just keep my meat, which was actually prefect as I will never be back. What a little man you are Greg. It makes this Marine disgusted to think this is how you treat prior customers, and run your business. Its also why I left the initial bad review. In the future try acting less child like, and listen to your customers. I saved all information, so you could have held the employees accountable for the mix up. Your attitude prevented this. You cannot expect to bully a Marine Corps veteran into submitting to your will. It was a good laugh though. Semper Fi, Aaron

June, 2021. They slaughtered and gave me the beef I ordered (Frozen) in 8 days! Which I found out it should of been hung for at least 10-14 days. So it was hung for about 6 days, and the meat was terrible! I called them, and they said they would have the beef producer call us, like it was their fault, duh! The beef producer called them and THEY TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE. BEWARE OF THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT/MEAT.

Took a 1490 pound steer here this spring. Split between 4 guys received 116 pounds apiece. I come up with approximately 31% of live weight. Does this seem right to anybody?And of meat received, burger has so much fat it's impossible to cook on grill without flaring up. Cooked 3 pounds of burger in a skillet and drained about a quart of grease off. Steak packages full of unnecessary bones and fat. #wheresthebeef

Got a deer done, half of the packs were not correctly vacuum sealed, had to spend time on each steak trimming the rest of the silver skin off. Not sure if its just bad help or what but will not be going back until I hear better things.

I use to have Reasons cater our BBQ dinners in Reynolds. Outstanding meats,.potato salad and baked beans!

Steaks missing, only mainly got bones back with a small amount of fat.

Always great service! Only place I take my deer for processing. Just picked up a 1/4 beef from there today.

I’ve had good success here. Nice folks and it doesn’t stink like some lockers do. Easy in and out.
