Rays Processing has always taken great care of my deer processing—we have been using them for years and have yet to have a cut of meat that wasn’t top of the line. They work hard to meet the customer when needed (especially late nights when we have had to track a runner). Our summer sausage, beef jerky, ground venison, breakfast sausage, tenderized meats and everything else has been fantastic. They are time conscious and I’ve never had to worry about any of the meat they have processed.
Great service and wonderful pricing! The owners make you feel like family while you're there. I've taken at least 15 deer there and they have done an amazing job with all of them.
Highly recommend them to anyone! They are the best processor around! Would put 6 stars if I could!
Specifically ordered 20 stick of summer sausage (60#-$300) and to grind the remaining. Picked up 20#s of ground and 10 weeks later my summer sausage is ready only 10 sticks. Still spent $300 total and didn’t get what was ordered. Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend nor return.
I've known James Ray for over 40 years and have never known him to work but 1 deer at a time. Every person gets all their meat and it's their deer or hog. James goes out of his way to do the best job he can on your meat. It's not his fault if your deer is old or sloppy, you get what you bring. I would never take my deer to anyone else. Love the work he does and so do my friends. Thanks James for all the hard work you do for all deer hunters out there.Hope you never retire.
