I recently purchased a half hog of their pastured pork and it tastes 100x better than the pork I buy at the grocery store. We made some delicious tender pork chops the first night our order was picked up. It is worth every penny. Mandy is very easy to work with and explain the process. I will definitely order from their farm again!
The pig I ordered was cut the way I asked, when I received the meat I immediately took it home and tried a pork chop. It is easily the best pork chop I’ve ever had. Pastured pork compared to what you’d find in a grocery store is night and day. No taste or indication of preservatives or anything of the sort. Buy from local and family run farms!!!!
We bought a pig from them and I will say that this is the beat choice we have made. The meat was cut and package very well and just asking we asked for, the taste of this meat is so amazing. We will be buying another in the future. If you want great tasting pork this is it.
