Gotta shout out to the guys up front helping out and being super informative on their products! Bought chicken and carne asada to try out and they threw in a sample of another cut for me to try! They packed it well and got home after 6 hours with still frozen meat without any ice. Made it all the way out there from Tempe, AZ. This is an old school place, so with that, they only accept cash and or checks. Definitely recommend to check this place out!

The best asada! I just made a 600 mile round trip to pick some up (100 lbs) for my mother's birthday party and my own stockpile. It is that good! Grabbed some steaks and sausages too! Just remember to take cash!

Best meat in the country! We always load up on carne and Pollo asada when we come to town.

I used to buy carne everywhere else. It was hit or miss. Mostly missed. At Ramey's I pay a little more but it's well worth it. I have been buying my carne there for over 2 years and never had a bad batch. People love it and ask me how I prepare my carne. I tell them ancient Chinese secret.

Ok first of all they have Prime steaks. That alone is worth the trip. Nothing else from any supermarket compares. But second - their sausages. I’m mean, Wow! They are so good and good so many ways. About medium spicy, great in pasta, on pizza, or alone in a sandwich. I like splitting them, cooking on both sides for about five minutes, then laying over a hamburger bun with condiments of choice. I don’t eat like that every day, or even weekly, but when I do, I like to make it the best, and what a treat the offerings from this wonderful shop are! Thank you and all the best - I’ll be back…. If I were to make a suggestion, stocking some premium seafood would be a nice addition. Swordfish, Halibut, Sea Bass, shrimp and lobster, that sort of thing. Cheers!

Best Carne Asada in the world.. We no longer live in California, but anytime we visit, we bring back a cooler full of Carne Asada to Texas with us.. Then treat it like gold, and only eat it occasionally..

I got carne asada & pollo for a birthday party this weekend the customer service was amazing very friendly staff!! Definitely recommend this place

Small, privately owned custom butcher shop. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for - prime meat. Wonderful, friendly service - all meat is packaged individually in vacuum bags, keeps it fresher MUCH longer!! (Even without ice or refrigeration - but I don't really suggest that you test out this method 😁 - as I did, by accident!) Slightly limited selection, but I'm sure that you could order anything you want to if you call in advance - I haven't tried this yet, but you can bet that I will. I will be needing a piggy for a luau, and maybe a whole prime rib - I'll report back on how it goes.

The Arrachera (skirt steak) one of the best we had in a while. Well marinated very juicy and tender. Will be back for more that’s for sure.Also bring cash!!!

We purchased Carne Asada and a roast for smoking. It was the best Carne Asada and the best roast we’ve ever had I give this place a 10. Tender meat no gristle also no fat loved the quality.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The BEST thing about Rameys meat is they are always consistent with their seasoning and flavors. Their chicken (pollo) and carne asada are the BEST in the valley and probably surrounding valleys, as well as their filet mignons and tri-tip. Their staff are friendly and always very helpful! The owner is cool and will have a conversation with you. I can't wait to try other cuts of meat they have there and a tomahawk steak one of these days. Friendly reminder that they take cash or check only!!
