Quadra K does an outstanding job with our meat. They are always on time when the come to butcher. They are quick and efficient and getting the animals down and hung in their truck. Online cutting specifications are easy to do and they do a great job following them to the T. My customers and I couldn’t be happier with their service.
Have used Jeff and crew at Quadra K for about 4 years. They have a 9 out of 10 rating from WSU inspection for Cleanliness and Bacteria....I have had many compliments on my meat since switching to Quadra K. I know that the Beef and Pork that my customers get is actually the meat I raised. First rate team and first rate job....Thanks for all you do.
We have had only good experiences with Quadra K and we've been customers since 2012. We have also been loyal customers of Seth Williams of W-7 Farms, who does grass fed and grass finished Galloway cattle. Quadra K is the butcher W-7 uses. That's all :)
We have used lazy r beef for 4 years for our beef. However we are discontinuing Lazy R because of the inflexibility and poor service Quadra K offers as their butcher. The poor hours of Tuesday - Friday of 9-5 just are to hard to make it to. Especially as it is a 4 hour drive round trip for us. It also is probably about over an hour for those living in Spokane. The lady who deals with the customers is also impersonal every year being very short and rude.
For the last 5 years, we've bought steers from Seth Williams at W7, and Quadra K is their butcher. They do a great job of getting cutting instructions and following those instructions to a T (or a T-bone...) :)
These guys are worth thier weight in gold. Nothing but good stuff to say about them. The cut and wrap is always perfect. The smoke is great .
