I do make-ahead bulk freezer meals three times per year so that my husband and I can always eat a home-cooked meal after work each day. Our freezer prep has evolved quite a bit over the years, but I am proud to say that this time, all the poultry used in our meals came from Pure Pasture Farms. The meat looks totally different than what is available in grocery stores and the texture is also much more tender. I look forward to including their products in my future meals and am so happy to be able to use ingredients now that I feel good about. How wonderful to have this local farm in the community! I am super impressed with this family. I reserved out thanksgiving Turkey and signed up for updates. I love how they share their process & care for the animals. I can’t wait to try this farm raised Turkey.
