Progreso Farms appears to be a meat-selling business that offers a variety of farm-raised meats, including goat, lamb, and chicken. They also provide services for Eid qurbani and sell farm-grown fruits and nuts. Customer reviews indicate mixed experiences regarding service quality and product freshness.
If I could give zero I’d like to give them zero for the rating. This farm’s staffs are so worst in costumer service. First of all the lady on the counter, she is the worst and got attitude and then she always gives us hen while we order for roosters. Then the guy who prepare the chicken, they sell yesterday’s chicken. They don’t cut the chicken in-front of our eyes. The chicken they sell there is stale and not fresh. I don’t recommend anyone go there and face similar situation. Please avoid this farm and choose better farm for healthy meat.
I’ve been going here for 3 years but today they show me their attitude. I just ask them to bring more goat from inside but they told me to choose what ever they have outside or in front of me. This time it became my absolutely worst shopping. Before I visiting next time I’ll think because I have lots of options
They were extremely rude. I won’t be coming back. The staff member needs to learn how to speak to customers respectfully.
The best fresh meat anywhere! Fair prices and great quality! You pick and pay by weight, tell them how you want your meat butchered and they do the rest. Not sure why some expect different customer service. They have always been professional and fair. No you can't see the scale at this time, but he tells you the weight and price right there on the spot. You want, you buy. You can view the whole process from a distance and you can tell they try hard to be fair! We've been going here for several years and will continue to come back.
They were not too bad. We Halal a goat and a lamb our selves! The test of goat’s meat was really awesome. And also the lamb one was also great as per Sayed Omar Khan’s saying! The only problem was a bit serious behavior of the staff.
Very nice place, it has sheep and goats and farm chicken. There are 2 stalls for farm grown fruits and nuts and a Taco shop. I bought honey from here, it is really very tasty and it comes with some honey comb inside the bottle to feel the authentic taste. pine apple, ground nuts, Mangoes and all taste as if just plucked from trees. Can have a small drive around it during waiting time and feel the fresh air.
Very professional , well organized, and friendly staff. According to them, they have a separate slaughter place for goat/lamb and separate for other animals. They offer service for Eid qurbani. ***Prices are little high. They have to think about it because now there are many other farms offering Eid qurbani services.
Our first visit and order of goat and chicken experience was excellent . They are very professional with their service. What impressed me the most was their quick service.
The worst customer service ever. They act like they are doing you a favor by letting you spend your money with them. Rude employees. lack of transparency. They don't let you see the scale so you don't know how much meat are you getting for the money you are paying. If you ask them to cut the meat in a certain way or size the butchers will ask for a tip as if it's mandatory to pay extra. I have to admit that I made a huge mistake going there. I would give them a zero star if I could.
The absolutely worst shopping experience you can have. Go if you want to get a lot of attitude and get yelled at for giving them business with your hard earned money. They have no regard for customers even repeat ones. I’ve been going here for 6 years and they still don’t give a crap. Absolutely horrendous customer service they were literally telling me to stop talking too much about the selection and be okay with theirs when it was a very bad selection they even called me a liar when I told them I paid $4 a pound for the goat last time and they want to charge me $4.50, claiming they didn’t charge me that just 6 months at $4/lb. Even when I pulled the receipt they wouldn’t believe it and be adamant! I’ve attached the pictures of the receipt if you don’t believe me either you can do the math. Don’t forget to add the $40 processing fee!
