This was our second time ordering from Shelley. The first time we got a quarter cow, this time just 40 lbs ground. Each time she has been great to work with and the quality of her beef is top notch. 10/10.
I bought a filet mignon for Thanksgiving and it was incredible. Followed it up with a chuck roast in the crock pot, same result, incredible!! I am now ruined for fine dining as nothing I have had at upscale restaurants throughout the country can compare. In addition to the health benefits, concern for how our food is harvested and overall great taste, please do yourself a favor and try this beef. I found them at the Charlotte Farmer's Market..😎😎😎
The process to purchase is the most seamless I've experienced from any farm. Simply send a text or email, and you're able to conviently schedule what you need for pickup. Shelley carries a wide selection, including more hard-to-find cuts, and all at affordable prices; especially for being BOTH grassfed and finished. She offers an informative and non-pretentious experience.
The meat is a little expensive , but it's great all grass fed beef. The hamburger had just enough fat in it. # 1 place in King's Mountain to buy a great steak.
