Heard about this place from a YouTube channel. Just stopped in and was amazed at their selection of meat & cheeses. They have a great staff, very friendly! Will definitely be my top choice of steaks & brats. So many different combos to choose from. You can call ahead for custom orders too. Small town American butcher shop for the meat-eater in your family!!

The workers are so helpful, friendly, professional; couldn’t be better. Big variety of meat, fish, poultry, seasonings, rice, etc. Happy atmosphere. My big wish is that they would carry varieties from generative farmed land and certified humanely treated animals, because big farms treat their animals so cruelly. It’s very hard to support that.

Prime Choice Meat Market has a great selection of meats and will cut to order steaks. Last year I got an amazing brisket and I just picked up some bone in Ribeye steaks. We even got some frozen dog food and freeze dried chicken feet for our pups.

Fabulous cut to order steaks, prime filet and rib eye, less expensive but great choice, top of the line pork. Dozens of bratwurst varieties, sausages, meat seasonings, frozen seafood. Friendly old time butcher tat will cut to order.

Awesome selection of brats, burgers, steaks, beef jurky and sticks. Prices aren't bad. We bought a little of everything.

Loved the choice of meats, wish I could see it before they cut it but just a butcher shop. I like the quality and the available add ins such as seasonings and marinades.

Absolutely delicious cheese and stuff. A little more pricey but the quality is good. Customer service is good. You have some great spices.

Stop here all the when in the area. Always very good meats and lots to choose from. Recently bought 3 ribeye steaks, were 1.25 inch prime steaks. Probably the best I’ve ever had!! Always excited to stop in and try something different!

The best butcher in town. Great prices for excellent cuts of the specialty meat you want. Butchers are absolutely kind gentlemen. They're extremely helpful!

The best service. A great explanation of what and how things work with processing of venison. And the only place I will eat ground meats from. No bone chunks or fragments. Never fails it’s the best brats. Sticks and venison processing. He deserves the credit for it but I hope he don’t get no more business. Hahaha. But really if you want things done and done right. Go here. If you want your meat back from a deer and the best flavor. Go here. And try the brats. And all the stuff he makes. It’s great and in a class of its own.

I like this place so I can say” So Charlie tells me you’re a butcher” Fresh Burger and great cuts of Sirloin are ready to go. Vikings buy their steaks for WalMart. The Packers would go to Prime Choice!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cranberry hamburgers and brats are delicious. We are still trying other products.

Had the best steaks I've had in a really long time this last week. Thank you to Prime Choice for some excellent steaks to have with our special Birthday Dinner. Outstanding!! Stopped in yesterday & bought some 10 oz choice filets to grill at our hotel. These were the BEST steaks I've ever made and better than most restaurants. Also bought some of their house seasoning and beef sticks. Excellent!

If you are looking for the best, stop by Prime Choice! I've purchased many USDA Prime and Top Choice ribeye steaks (since they are my favorite!) through the butcher shop, and I've NEVER been dissatisfied! I also know firsthand how great tasting their wild game recipes are if you bring venison or big game in for processing. I've had garlic summer sausage, snack sticks, and bratwurst made there, and they were great! Best thing about bringing your animal to them is, NO HAIR when the guys are done processing your steaks, roasts, etc! And you always get your own meat back! Great for us hunters who handle our animals properly, so our meat doesn't get mixed with "the other guys" mishandled mess! 😀
