We are so lucky to have this butcher in our town and I'm sorry I waited years to come in! Pat is a great guy and takes the time to show you around his facility and get to know you. He personally tended to my order for a beef strip loin and cut the steaks right in front of me. I grilled the first two that day and they were in fact the best steaks I have ever made at home. Nothing other than some salt, a good sear on each side, and a wagyu tallow finish. I look forward to coming back in more regularly!

I love purchasing my meat from here, but I recently decided to try their new catering service for a party, and I was really impressed. The food was not only delicious but also prepared with healthy fats, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

This was my very first visit to Prime Beef LTD after recently moving here from Canada, and I can confidently say it won’t be my last! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. While the butchers carefully prepared my steak, the owner personally came over, introduced himself, and even gave me a full tour, sharing the history of the company. To top it all off, he sent me home with a generous stack of fresh tamales as a welcome gift for my first visit. That level of hospitality, paired with the highest quality meats and prepared foods, speaks volumes about why Prime Beef LTD has such a strong reputation. After tasting both the steak and the tamales, it’s clear their products are exceptional. This is more than just a butcher shop - it’s a place that values community, tradition, and excellence. This is a good place to shop. The meat itself is not very expensive but the quantity required makes it seem more expensive than it is but per pound it is very very competitive. The outside skirt is the best I've ever had, hands down. I marinade it for 24 hours and sear it on high and it melts in my mouth. Nothing I've ever had anywhere else comes close. The filet mignon you can cut with a fork. Unreal. Pat is the owner and he gives you a mini tour and tells you his whole, impressive life story and how his business works. Something that's hard to find nowadays.

First time was today and I came right before closing. As the other reviews say, I was treated like family as soon as I walked in and I got amazing service, but what was better was the meat. Are you kidding me? I eat a lot of meat and this is the best quality. I had 4 filets butchered for me and there were some extra small pieces. I tossed those in olive oil with a little salt and pepper and seared them slightly as I was searing the main event. Melt in your mouth good. I'll be back. Thank you!

I’ve been coming here for a while and the meat is always top-notch. Last time I bought some prime rib that wasn’t great, so I called the owner. Super nice guy—he told me to just stop by and he’d cut me a new one. They do sell in larger portions, but the quality makes it worth it. Great meat, great service. Highly recommend!

Found this place by one day looking for a good quality meat store and once I walked in, I looked no further. Although I moved and am pretty far away, I still am making drives whenever I can because they are worth it!!!!! You feel SO welcomed from the first step inside. The owner is always there and is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and is eager to show you around and tell you his story. DO IT! I love listening to his stories which is why I try to bring someone who’s never been there and always grab extra business cards and hand them out to friends and colleagues. Now meat quality…. Unbeatable!!!! The meat is always so tender and tasty. They carry high quality meats — WHOLESALE PRICES AND WEIGHTS ONLY. They cut it and trim to your liking in front of you. It’s worth watching the show as it’s pretty satisfying. On weekends, definitely try their dinners— tamales are my favorite!!! The owners wife (if I remember correctly) is the one running the kitchen and she’s amazing at it!! I hope they stay open forever as this is one of the kind places. I highly recommend them and filet mignon is my go to:) Hoping to be back anytime soon for another restock!!! :)

Clean, professional, open every day! The best steaks!!! All cut and trimmed to your specs. Owner and staff are great! Large selection of all kinds of meats and other products. I stop in 3 to 4 times a month. Highly recommended!

Great beef. They also have lamb, seafood(frozen), and pork. This is also a small market with a variety of ethnic foods. Excellent tamales, available on the weekend.
