Very friendly staff, I am disabled and the nice young man brought all the groceries to my car. Love this place, really thinks of the people

They sold me old egg smelling rotten chicken wings & I called the store twice & spoke to manger & he told me to return meat . Went to go exchange the short fat lady gave me a nasty attitude brought 20lb of chicken they only wanted to give me 3lbs in exchange . No money back or nothing , then went in the back & rinsed all the chicken off & tried to give back to me . So since I’m out of money & feed . I will be calling every one possible on this place all the way down to to city to the people who in control of tobacco product. EVERYDAY TILL ISSUE IS PROPERLY RESOLVED

Premier Meat is hands-down the best butcher shop I’ve ever been to. The quality of their meats is fresh, beautifully cut, and full of flavor. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I’m always welcomed and greeted by one of their buff looking employees everytime I walk into the store. I think he goes by the name Sayef. Whether you’re looking for prime steaks, specialty sausages, or something unique for the grill, they’ve got you covered. Jacksonville is lucky to have them — I’ll never shop anywhere else for meat!

I was visiting my family from out of town we went to the pick up wish we thought was my oder that was before I got to Florida the young man with all the gold teeth was very rude he know told him about the oder went about he's been Manger for 23yrs like I cared his attitude was stank and we spend $200 and some change he was very disrespectful he the man that was helping in the back I feel he wanted to impress is by throwing his weight around so when I visit your fair city again I won't be shopping there. Premier Meat, has been in Jacksonville, Fl many decades. I remember shopping here as a little girl with my Grandmother, and now shipping here as an adult. It has changed buildings at least three times, that I can remember. I still believe in the quality of the meats. However there was a bad smell today as well as the building on the inside seemed run down a bit. I believe the management/owners can do better with the presentation of this store. The woman behind the meat counter was great!
